INGREDIENTS: Yields 10-12 Cupcakes
4 Egg Yolks
65g Milk (¼ cup)
65g Oil (¼ cup + 1 tbsp)
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Salt
70g Cake Flour (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
4 Egg Whites
80g Sugar (¼ cup + 2 tbsp)
Pre-heat the oven to 170°
Bake at 150° C for 25 minutes

Depends on your ovens capacity. If baking multiple tiers in the oven, use fan force setting for even baking.

My oven takes around 10-15minutes to reach the Temperature. Depends on every oven though. To be safe, let it preheat for 20 minutes. I hope this helps. ☺️

Yes you can. Melt the butter if you're using.

If you're talking about next day or two, just store them in an air tight container on the counter. If longer than 2 days keep in the fridge. If longer than a week store in the freezer. I hope it helps. ☺️
