- Fluffy and Moist Cupcake 蓬鬆濕潤杯蛋糕|Apron
全蛋 whole egg 2 (55g+- per egg)
细砂糖 caster sugar 70g / 1/3cup
低筋面粉 cake flour 70g / 1/2cup
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
鮮奶 fresh milk 30ml
香草精 vanilla extract 1/2tsp
6杯瑪芬模 6 cup muffin pan
摄氏170 / 华氏340 烘烤 20-25分钟
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 20-25 minutes

Really love that the recipes are of small batches. One could just multiply for bigger batch but 6 is just right for me and my partner! Love it!
Cecilia Lim yes! I appreciate that part as well, recipes that make like 24 just aren’t practical for me and I’ll end up halving or quartering it anyway!
I find the amount of flour was not enough so my cupcakes came out horrible.
Made these cupcakes in two batches yesterday . Yummy.

Simple recipe 🥰 I tried but it made only 4. I think i made mistake when I stirred the mixture so the egg became not fluffy

The batter is pretty “liquidy” so it would make sense to be piped than scooped to prevent making a mess ^^ in terms of how it effects it, it doesn’t really effect the baking of the cake. If the consistency was thicker I’d use a ice cream scoop! hope that helped~
