It is paying for the brand, but also paying for the research and development, the cost of all the materials. That stuff is expensive because they pay their employees VERY well. Like I said, I am sure a very good chunk of it is just for the right to say "I own this world's only Rolls Royce blah, blah." The person who spends $13 million to have Rolls Royce take 4 YEARS to build them a 1-off car can afford to have the Rolls AND all of the cars you listed. People don't seem to understand that a person with a net worth of $50 million isn't spending nearly $13 million on a single car. The guy who commissioned this car is a billionaire, or damn close to it. He can literally afford as many of the world's most expensive cars as he wants.

I don't think it looks bad, the front and rear just look out of place. The front and rear are both pretty futuristic looking while the sides are still standard Rolls Royce, which is has that modern-retro aesthetic, they should have done something with the wheels or changed the sides as well.

This is a final product. If I'm to believe the fancy video I saw; the sheet metal is all handmade and I'm sure the other components would be as well. Is there a Rolls premium attached? Could be. But the price is probably right, despite the objections in the comment section.

It's front and back faces are super weird.
It's kinda ugly, yet beautiful. I mean, really. I do love this thing for what it is. It's something you might look back at in a good bit of years like we do on the Bugatti Atlantic now. Kind of ugly, yet sweet.
