I think this is the dip I was looking for, there was one place where I used to clean out the very hot, minty, sour fresh dip as it was so delicious a bit coarse and no yoghurt which is often added, I'm gonna hit the market on Sunday for ingredients and try to to make this. Although without the asafetida as I have no idea where to get the devils dung here.

My mother adds tamarind paste to the chutney as well. I think it can act as a replacement to the lemon juice and sugar.

I just need it by itself I literally can I just eat it meant to say I just eat it by myself by itself it's like you know I try to eat healthy and it's like I just will take a spoon and eat the whole thing when I go to the Indian restaurant that is always my favorite Royal India in Florida anyway when I go there no it's like it's like it's so good just like the right time it's like the raita it's like healthy stuff and it's so good you don't even have to eat it with all this other stuff you don't have to eat it with other meat or anything I like me I eat it's not that but I'm saying like I literally can literally take a spoon and eat like Rita and Rita in mint chutney by itself I know how to spell Rita but I'm talking and texting but anyway the point is that it's really good stuff and it's healthy so eat it with a spoon you don't have to off all these you know samosas and everything that they're great and everything but they're not good for us but I mean sometimes it's okay you know but I'm just saying like you try to like kind of balance it out you know that's what I try to do anyway but I love it I love it
