Love this, cannot wait to make it! The reason blending yogurt makes it runny is because if you blend the bifidobacterium lactis strands that make yogurt thick are broken.
I took some shredded chicken already prepped with Peruvian spices, threw it in a Mexican corn tortilla with some tomatoes, spinach and then sauced it with this marvelous dip.... let me tell you there was an orgy in my mouth..... THANK YOU FOR THE RECEPIE!! MUCH LOVE FROM PERU.... one more thing. All dips aside, you have a CAPTIVATING SMILE.
Just did it for the first time and i loved it.. loved ur vid, straight to the point and quick, good for a busy working mother! Greetings all the way from Bahrain 🇧🇭 Bless you and stay safe
I made this to accompany mince filled naans and my BILs finished two whole batches! Super tasty and fresh. I used 1 serrano pepper for the first batch (mildly spicy) and 2 serrano peppers for the second one. Thanks for the tip about adding the yoghurt separately; it is a game changer!
So the captioning didn't match up with what you were saying - what kind of chili's were they? Thanks! I already like coriander and garlic and lemon and mint and yogurt, so I am pretty sure this will be an awesome dip!
Thank you for a fantastic easy to follow recipe - we're having tandoori in our smoker tonight - I'll make this to go with it! Greetings from Australia!
In my blender I couldn’t blend the ingredients until smooth... I needed to add like half of cup of water and it was runny 🙁next time I will chop al the ingredients menus lime .. the taste yes is good🤓🤷🏻♀️😀🙏🏻
Raw garlic in a salad dressing is never a good move. Garlic must at least be blanched if you’re going to do that. Home chefs make this mistake constantly and confused pungency with flavor and healthfulness. A simple and easy Indian sauce or dressing for Tandoori items is Yogurt, mint, Chaat masala, lime juice, salt.
Raw garlic is used in lots of dips and sauces, very common in East Asian sauces especially for its groundedness and spicy notes, blanch if it too strong of a profile. I quite like it raw with yogurt bases :) very nice in traditional Italian bruschetta too with the mild cheeses and tomatoes

This is not dipping sauce at all. Its not used with pasta, pizza.
It's just mint chutney
Who it's used for pizza of pasta, douthbag
American Indian food, wonder how that compares to authentic Indian and British Indian?
Why do Americans say "Erbs" it's HERBS!
Because Herb is the guy that works in the warehouse
