  • Starting T-crazy's new 545ci blown injected alcohol engine for the first time. After we hooked up the power wire to the MSD box everything went well.
.I'd like to thank Hienz Brothers in Statesville NC who did all the machining and assembly. (Tom, Gary, Matt)
And I'd also like to thank Larry Cleary at Roman Road Restoration in N. Wilksboro NC for starting and tuning it.
I apologize for the video quality I am new at this. I will try to follow up with a installation and test drive video.
    Thanks

Hello, we have a 1975 Flat bottom Sanger, What is your injector placement if possible? We running Blown 454 chev, 15% Step up. sizes 2x60 6x54. The 60's are at the front of the hat and running an 85 Pill. Any advice? We get 3/4 down the straight, and it struggles for fuel, Thank you in advance. Jason from Australia.

In this video, We ran 8x56 with a 105 pill and Enderly 110 pump rated at 9.2 gpm.
The throttle response was unbelievable. When I installed the engine and switched to Zoomies. The engine was spraying fuel everywhere. Since I didn't race the car and built it to show I had to turn the fuel way down. Now running 4x46, 4x44 with a 130 pill. Stopped the fuel straying but will start running lean around 3000 rpm running down the road.
      Sorry, not much help.
What size fuel pump? Has it been flow-tested? If so I would try going down with the pill size to 80. Then try going up two sizes on the nozzles until you see a difference in the plugs.
Good luck, Let me know how it turns out.

If I had built mine to cruise the street with I would run EFI on E85. My setup is not street friendly.

@@Layznc mines not super friendly itll be show, cruise. Old drag motor not sure how long itll run before wear. Next rebuild will tame it down to 10-12:1 so i can add some boost.
