Still don't understand why you buy so much product at the grocery store. Do you not deal with Sysco or GFS or another foodservice provider? Grocery store is too expensive. Just curious. But this dish is looking very good for sure. Once again well done chef.
Did this guy ever wear gloves while cooking? Hopefully after taking a colossal dump and wiping his behind he put gloves on before touching food ingredients.
Normally your recipe's are great. But I don't know where you came up with this one. No caramelization of the vegetables. No deglaze to create a fond. Poor seasoning. Everything was essentially boiled due to all the liquid so I don't understand why you put it in the oven to reduce. Any real italian chef would laugh at this osso bucco recipe. Lazy and underwhelming. Absolutely shameful.
