I love watching your videos. I’m a 16 year old girl from East London suffering a lot with social anxiety and just anxiety in general. I feel like a lot of the time I want to withdraw myself from society because I already feel useless but RUclips keeps recommending me these beautiful Islamic videos so how could I deny this when it may be Allah’s guidance? I wish I had more people to talk to beyond my parents and I wish I could build more Islamic connections. I would love to actually have a spiritual conversation with someone in real life and actually be healed from emotional pain. I feel like such a loser. Who am I meant to seek Islamic guidance from? It’s embarrassing talking to parents sometimes about topics that are really taboo
I thought I would write a book about my anxiety and the medications I used to be on and how it affected my life in general. But now I find myself back into old habits that are stopping me from taking my next steps

But I would recommend reading the book that they mentioned because ur probably going through a spiritual disease which often happens but I pray Allah swt relieves you of this in the most beautiful of ways🥰!

It’s a matter of greater jihad but it’s so difficult to push through and I wonder if I ever will, or when I ever will. Going to college and just trying to doing things that most people my age do is emotionally exhausting and I commend people who have the ability to overcome obstacles and continue to give Allah their 100%. I, on the other hand just ruminate over every burden I have faced, spend an eternity crying over it and just stop eating because I feel so down. I suppose I’ll just bite my tongue and get on with life
Did you know we poo and pee to clean the inside of our bodies. Eat plenty and plenty of fruit and it does the trick in cleaning your body. You can never over do eating fruit. Not going to the toilet as often causes toxicity to build up on the body which causes death at the age of fifty. You have to keep eating fruit for at least a year until your body is completely clean from toxicity and is still cleaning. This is one of the major causes of death. I have followed a strong diet which has lead me now to be supremely clean. I have absolutely no health problems. Please do this as well. Please spread this message around much love from Australia.

The major causes of death for the human body: sleeping less than 11 hours a day over a period of 20 years, not having enough sugar stored, not having enough water stored, not having enough salt stored, not tensing your body or exercising for a tight body which allows the blood to run smoothly, not actively thinking and working your organs for them to stay tight and strong and not eating enough to replenish the blood over a period of many years ie. Eating a little bit everyday. Follow a diet which cures all of these causes of death it will only take a period of 6 months. Sleep up and a lot, you can never over do it, eat enough salt and sugar, eat enough to replenish your whole body ie a lot. I have followed this and I have no health problems i am cured from death. Yes we're all going to die but we have to enjoy life and be strong enough to do good deeds. I hope you spread this message much love from Australia.❤❤❤❤

ive heard doctors say that you dont need 8 hrs of sleep a day, u just need 7-6 hrs per night.
