Deleted my social Media accounts for about 2.5 Years best choice of my life. Over time I repaired a good portion of my Shyness and it is only now that I realise how filthy and bad that stuff is...
@Abū AbdulRahmān al-Aqeeli Basicly by not looking at filth innit. Deleted all of my social media accounts except for RUclips and WhatsApp. And it was in a time where I finished in college and started a trainership as an chemical technician... This is a Job women don't normally want to do. Which means my classmates are all men, at the workplace just men (except for administration) academy has only men and one girl. So all these things play a role. The only way I mix with women is at the main station or in the bus and train. And over a long period of time trying to lower your gaze and concentrate on your work and life the shyness repaired itself just takes time. And now for instance if I get to see a half naked girl just at the television I feel like I'm the only one of my brothers who actually can't stare at it. So these things do play a role. You can't say I'm lowering the gaze and you are on Instagram looking at the opposite gender.
Aoa. I do not know how many ppl this post will reach but if you by any chance come across this, kindly say a prayer for a very dear uncle, dr munir, as he is suffering from covid at the moment. May Allah SWT grant him shifa. Jazakallah khairun in advance.
I thank Allah that l don't have tic tok on my phone l remember when l downloaded it l became depressed and my Heart was becoming harder and harder SubhannaAllah
Also lowering the gaze is just almost absent on social media ❌Like us sisters sometimes forget that even we aren't supposed to be looking at a female who's wearing a bikini, shorts, mini skirt, etc; let alone the brothers. And you don't even realise when you become this 💔haya-less muslimah💔 who wears a scarf on her head claiming to be modest and then continues to casually look at half naked people (including the same sex influencers) Leaving social media apps like tiktok, insta, snapchat for many months can help you start regaining your shyness🤍 so when someone drops a cuss word in front of you or cracks a sexual joke or shows cleavge/thighs, you *FINALLY* cringe, feel uncomfortable & lower your gaze from the filth. Modesty from within, the Best thing everrr 💓
Theres people on TikTok that call to falsehood in Islam, like some shias and sufis saying some next stuff that goes against the Qur'an and Sunnah. When u try to advise them about the deen in the comments they start arguing and become ignorant even though u give them the evidences from the Qur'an verses and authentic hadith. May Allah guide this whole ummah, ameen.
I delete tiktok because of the music and i saw the way it was manipulating my emotions and blocking my iman, and on top of the fake fatwas and fitnah of naked yet clothed sisters on the app SubhanaAllah. I am now trying to reconnect and revive my relationship with allah i hope to continue on the right path for the rest if my life
And the 'muslim' girls in tiktok displaying themselves and coming Infront of thousands (haram as it is unnecessary), that too with improper hijab with makeup and tight clothes 😔😔
Only 19 minutes into the video. Wallahi, it's been almost 2 years I have been off social media the best thing ever. I even tried to be on Instagram for the Islamic reminder and to be with you guys and some other brothers wallah I could not the fitnah even amongst the practicing Muslim are peak. There is no need for it I still can not believe you guys or others on it. All I’m going to say is be careful and if you want to protect yourself and your religion get off it. It will do wonders for your mental health and getting closer to Allah. I only use RUclips, WhatsApp and telegram.
Wallahi sammme. I only have RUclips and WhatsApp and it’s literally the best thing. You have some much time to do things that are actually productive. May Allah protect us and make us firm on the religion.
SubhanAllaah sis i completely agree. I also felt that the fitnah amongst even the practicing muslims was too much. Having social media really affected my eeman.. In the negative. Its been i think 2 years that i left social media and i haven't looked back since. Alhamdulillah. It's so important to shut every path of evil.. Even potential paths that could destroy your eeman
I agree with you 100%, I deleted Instagram about two years ago and haven’t followed these social media trends that everyone is on. Too much fitnah and honestly it’s all so mentally draining. Walahi there’s so much freedom when you aren’t exposed to these applications. May Allah protect us all.
I’m too paranoid for a app that’s known for spying and stealing your personal data. Btw there is a lot of shirk involved in music. I remember a song that I loved had a line that use to make me super uncomfortable. Then I decided to change the lyrics. I still struggle with music. I don’t listen to music anymore. One thing is certain and that is that music and The Quran don’t go together. Even your salah is in jeopardy. I hope brothers and sisters that you don’t experience what I have experienced, 1week straight standing for salah and all you hear is “I'm from the murder capital, where we murder for capital” and break down every time because you feel like you’re finished, you can’t control it because shaitan did a number on you. Music is NO NO. Alhamdulilah I’m good now.
@ Qnahla nana Uthman Bin Abi Al-Aas, (may Allah be pleased with him), so he came complaining to the Prophet (peace be upon him), and he said: "The Shaitan comes between me and my salat and causes me problems with my recitation." So the Messenger of Allah, (peace be upon him), said: "That is a shaitan called Khanzab, so if you feel his presence, seek refuge in Allah and blow a mist to your left three times." He said: "I applied this advice and Allah has rid me off him."1 This hadith includes two ways to get rid off the shaitan of salat. The first is asking refuge in Allah from the shaitan's evil by pronouncing the words of seeking refuge and this is OK in this case. And the second: blowing with mist to the left three times. This is basically blowing air in a similar manner to spitting, but with a minute mist of saliva, on the condition that this does not disturb or bother the person next to him, nor make the masjid dirty. Sahih Muslim 2203.
The origin of music in religion is always related to their false gods. For like in Hindu music comes from saraswati who is their false goddess of knowledge and music.
Allahumma barik , I am so happy you touched on this topic! 😄 Btw A cup is used for tea and is smaller. A Mug is used for coffee or chocolate and is thicker. ... Another difference is that a mug is a type of cup that is sturdier and comes without a saucer while cup and saucer are visualized as a pair. A mug can be with or without a handle on its side
Subhannallah this session was a very helpful reminder. I’ve been so tired of my imaan struggle and trying to make myself feel better thru music. - May Allah increase u guys in knowledge as I’ve been inspired by u guys to delete all my music subscriptions and apps to practice my deen properly. 👊🏼

I am off social media for about 6 years now and it's amazing!!! I don't care about anybody's life and nobody cares about mine. No evil eye, jealousy, etc. Also, in case of my hayaa', by the Grace and Mercy of Allaah, i have become much better. I wouldn't even dare to post pictures of my fingers now. Alhamdulillaah. Allaah has helped me. This is all because of abstaining from social media. Be sincere to Allaah and take this path. it's much stressfree and sinfree
Tictok has men and women saying stupid things about religion and other things. Women beautifying themselves also wearing tight clothes and not proper hijab. Saying Hadith related to sex in a disgusting way.
The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Among my ummah there will certainly be people who permit zinaa, silk, alcohol and musical instruments…” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari ta’leeqan, no. 5590; narrated as mawsool by al-Tabaraani and al-Bayhaqi. See al-Silsilah al-Saheehah by al-Albaani, 91).
33:10 This really spoke to me. I don’t have tiktok anymore and I don’t usually listen to music and I would have periods of not listening to music for an entire month or two but on the one day my imaan is low, it’s like the music takes over and this usually happens because of instagram reels. I know I should delete it and this video just tells me that I’m playing a dangerous game by keeping the app on my phone but I’m worried of not being able to keep up with those around me. It could be and most likely is an excuse but instagram has genuinely given me some beneficial knowledge so I’m in a dilemma about deleting the app.

57:19 SubhanAllaah I heard about this narration probs about 5 years ago when i was in year 10 or so. I implemented it and basically covered my ears in front of my family members who were listening to music. SubhanAllaah they happened to be older members and I guess it didnt go too well as it kinda seem rude to them (may Allaah forgive me for not handling it too well) so they sat me down..., and you know started talking about how I shouldnt be a fanatic etc. Etc. Allahul musta’aan Wallaahi my heart hurt so bad, but out of respect I kept it to myself and Allaah knows best about my situation. May Allaah give hidayah and tawfeeq upon all of my beloved ones, and yours. Aameen
Wa Alaikum as Salam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuhu, some advice, you might think you handled the situation badly, but if you stick with those same family members and they aren't changing their ways then you will need to make such bold statements so that they know their errors, and also have some firmness in attitude because it isn't you who is the extremist or fanatic
Walahi Jazakallah for your episodes and wisdom. Don’t ever stop guiding us and may Allah reward you all inshallah. I love the blend of the 4 different personalities on this show as well. U hope to meet you guys one day Inshallah
Even in Christian scripture ( Book of Adam and Eve: chapter 20 book 2) it describes how Iblis possessed one of the family members of Cain and through him manufactured musical instruments, alchohol, weapons and colourful clothing which multiplied their sins.
I found this episode so powerful in reiterating the dangers of music because after sometime we can forget and become lax. May Allah azaaz wajal reward you all abundantly and rectify the affairs of the ummah.
It’s so hard to protect ourselves from music it’s everywhere. You walk in the shop trying to buy some bread and you hear it. Your at the mall shopping it’s there! Like 😩😩
I liked Imran's story about how he left music. I've been on a similar path, I left music for about a year, and then went back to it, but now I'm off again for the most part. The one thing that struck me the most after hearing the songs on the radio after a year was how disgusting they were. I felt physically ill and almost threw up at what they were saying, whereas before I was just listening to the beat and ignored the words. If you look into what the songs are actually implying and saying, you would never want to listen to this stuff.
I hope you brothers do the twitter one soon because that app is crazy, it’s quite a HUGE fitnah for our practicing brothers and sisters. Muslims backbiting each other & free mixing is so easy and commonplace on there (forget dms, it’s everywhere on the timeline) and there are so many aqeedah, fiqh, etc wars in muslim twitter as they call it. There are also those kind of liberals/feminists with pronouns in their bios who mock the deen, chat abt politics excessively, criticise the Muslim rulers, and what not and there is a lot of other mad stuff that goes on on twitter dot com. Would love to hear your takes on that إن شاء الله
Useless app amongst many other useless apps. I could never keep it on my long enough. What’s sad is it’s geared towards young children, and so much filth. There’re even videos on there on how to cast spells.
1st place award for being trash goes to tiktok , 2nd place goes to twitter , 3rd place goes to snapchat and 4th place to instagram. aka my top hated apps. actually i should just put them all under first place tbh. these social media apps have way too much fitnah . you can tell yourself you’ll be safe but nahhhh shaytan will always find a way to destroy your heart through these apps.
Sub'haanAllaah. I was never on tiktok but i recently made a twitter account. Sub'haanAllaah. The amount vile and disgusting words used, along with shamelessness, backbiting among muslims, slanders, accusations, etc was mind boggling. Never going back to it again, in shaa Allaah. Alhamdulillaah i deleted it today
Imran mentioned brothers overbeautifying their voices to the extent their recitations sound like music. What is the view on brother Omar Hisham Al Arabi's Qur'an recitations? Does he fall into this category?
I’m pretty sure omar hisham autotunes his recitations because it just sounds so odd. Not to mention sometimes it sounds like he sings the Qur’an الله المستعان
@@ummaweis1 his style of recitation is very common in Africa. that is not to say that is permissible or impermissible as i have no place to speak on that, I also can't speak on the autotune.
Very eye opening podcast Allahuma Barik, but I had to point out I thought brother Imran’s beard comb was a slice of a tomato until I reach the last third of the video...
Praise be to Allah. Firstly: It is permissible for a woman to take part in public chat rooms, if she adheres to the following guidelines: She should only participate as much as is necessary, so she should pose a question or state the topic, then leave, and not comment unless there is a need for that, because the basic principle is that she should avoid speaking to men or mixing with them. There should be nothing in her words that could provoke fitnah (temptation), such as joking, speaking softly, or laughing, such as writing “hahahahahaha”, as mentioned in the question, or using smiley emojis, because that could lead to coveting on the part of those in whose hearts is disease, as Allah, may He be glorified, says (interpretation of the meaning): “O wives of the Prophet, you are not like anyone among women. If you fear Allah, then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech” [al-Ahzaab 33:32]. She should avoid giving out her email address or corresponding via private messages with any man, even if that is for the purpose of seeking help, because of what such correspondence often leads to of attachment and temptation. See the answers to question no. 34841 . It is preferable and better for a woman to participate only in all-female chat rooms. This is safer for her. There are many such chat rooms, and that is better and sufficient. But if she needs to participate in public chat rooms, then it is better for her to choose a screen name that does not indicate that she is female. And Allah knows best.
Salamoualaikoum Akhis May Allah bless you all if your still looking for Qari you should have Sheikh Okasha Kameny barakallahu Feek um would be amazing !!!!!! Insha Allah
Salam alaikum, you're absolutely correct, Tiktok has a lot of toxicity and false information, however, there are also many people on there who give dawah in accordance to the way of the Salaf as Saleh. Such as @Adiel and @Mabumecca. The people who cause fitna don't have a large following and get called out if they say something really wrong. Jazakallah khairan, Salam alaikum

I do agree that we probably shouldn’t be watching Tiktok with some immodesty and music, however it’s not all bad. Akhi Stridez makes some good informative tiktoks
The beatboxing video you are talking Adel and Sheikh Momen Abu Mecca. Also sheikh Momen Abu Mecca showed proof that their is a different opinion on the beatboxing issue. Sheikh Abu Mecca Also he has studied with scholars the Salaf Ahl al Sunnah Wal Jammah. I believe sheikh Abu Mecca is the only one who speaks the ugly truth on TikTok MashAllah. Brother Adel is still studying. But MAbuMecca is known here in USA in Florida. Both sheikh Abu Mecca and brother Adel are good influence to TikTok MashAllah
Alhamdulillah don't use Tik Tok never downloaded it and have 0 interest in it. I post my photography on Instagram, I make travel videos and share islamic knowledge.
Theres difference of opinion regarding the vocal music but tbh it's pretty much the same as music because it sounds like it and produces the same effect
Nope. No music. You can live without it. Some people don't have food to survive and you're only asked to not listen to music. If u have atleast little bit eemaan, u can do it, in shaaAllaah
a lot of nasheeds are able to manipulate how you feel whether it’s happy, sad or motivated etc… same effects as music! and sometimes nasheeds they have instruments faintly in the background that nobody notices so it’s not worth the risk. halal poems are better than songs. just be careful and know quraan is way better to listen to than them anyways

@@ahmads5889 جزاك الله خيراً كثيراً وبارك الله فيك،
may Allaah make things easy
وأخيييييييررراااا!!!
Alhamdulilah, may Allah make things easy for you brothers, and give you tawfeeq.
Walahi Jazakallah for your episodes and wisdom. Don’t ever stop guiding us and may Allah reward you all inshallah. I love the blend of the 4 different personalities on this show as well. U hope to meet you guys one day Inshallah
Finally speaking about this.
I love how the topic of discussion drifted back to the Qur'an...Baarak Allahu feekum.
May Allah guide the Muslims on TikTok. As they said:
"هذا زمان سكوت ولزوم بيوت"
Woah Subhan’Allaah that’s such a beautiful gem akhi, جزاك الله خيرًا
Would it translate to,” This is the time for silence and staying in the homes” sounds a lot more beautiful in Arabic.
Who said this akhi?
@@العقيلي-ف7و this is an era of silence and staying in the house
@@العقيلي-ف7و i remember Ibn Al Jawzi mentioning it in 1 if his books i don't remember if it was his statement or he attributed it to someone.
I had many replapses on trying to quit TikTok but finally off that app for 2months now Alx never going back
A much needed topic for the Muslim youth👊 May Allah bless you and keep these series comingggg
Even in Christian scripture ( Book of Adam and Eve: chapter 20 book 2) it describes how Iblis possessed one of the family members of Cain and through him manufactured musical instruments, alchohol, weapons and colourful clothing which multiplied their sins.
Hi, where can I find this Adam and Eve book?
I found this episode so powerful in reiterating the dangers of music because after sometime we can forget and become lax. May Allah azaaz wajal reward you all abundantly and rectify the affairs of the ummah.
Well needed topic! جزاكم الله خيراً
It’s so hard to protect ourselves from music it’s everywhere. You walk in the shop trying to buy some bread and you hear it. Your at the mall shopping it’s there! Like 😩😩
Even the locker room at the gym. :(
I liked Imran's story about how he left music.
100% I see it so much on twitter
Yes 100%
Sub'haanAllaah. I recently got into twitter and it is soooo bad. People really have no shame in the words they use etc
Useless app amongst many other useless apps. I could never keep it on my long enough. What’s sad is it’s geared towards young children, and so much filth. There’re even videos on there on how to cast spells.
Thank you, finally someone made a video about this topic.
I wasn’t fond of the app anyway and barely used it but after this episode I’ve deleted it permanently alhamdulillah
Mug vs Cup
Winter debate.....
😂
May Allah bless y’all brothers I love y’all for the sake of Allah and I never met y’all
OK SHEIKHAAAA BARAK ALLAHU FEEK !!
SubhannaAllah me to l always asked my self that question
I’m pretty sure omar hisham autotunes his recitations because it just sounds so odd. Not to mention sometimes it sounds like he sings the Qur’an الله المستعان
@@ummaweis1 his style of recitation is very common in Africa. that is not to say that is permissible or impermissible as i have no place to speak on that, I also can't speak on the autotune.
Very eye opening podcast Allahuma Barik, but I had to point out I thought brother Imran’s beard comb was a slice of a tomato until I reach the last third of the video...
Oh nice to see the brothers back on dry land lol😅😅😅✌a mug has a handle...lol....ha ha ha.
I do not have tik tok....
Praise be to Allah.
Firstly:
It is permissible for a woman to take part in public chat rooms, if she adheres to the following guidelines:
She should only participate as much as is necessary, so she should pose a question or state the topic, then leave, and not comment unless there is a need for that, because the basic principle is that she should avoid speaking to men or mixing with them.
Ustabhyasine:time is ending
Me:what!!!
Tik tok is the stupidest app ever made
May allah bless you
Not really been feelin the recent episodes but this one really resonates...
Yeah in India it's banned and was banned in Pakistan too but after sometime they allowed its filthy astaghfirullah
Imran: ... you are dead and your sins are being multiplied"

Salam ailaikom brothers, do the snapchat one!
Salamoualaikoum Akhis May Allah bless you all if your still looking for Qari you should have Sheikh Okasha Kameny barakallahu Feek um would be amazing !!!!!! Insha Allah
He is a talented Qari
I saw this guy in tiktok! Wlhi i saw his videos on tiktok! May Allah forgive us!
Someone on tiktok told me that Imam Malik was at an event and was dancing to music 😬
What the hell?
I only downloaded tiktok to follow my teacher to give me extra five marks them quickly deleted it back in may
Salam alaikum, you're absolutely correct, Tiktok has a lot of toxicity and false information, however, there are also many people on there who give dawah in accordance to the way of the Salaf as Saleh. Such as @Adiel and @Mabumecca. The people who cause fitna don't have a large following and get called out if they say something really wrong. Jazakallah khairan, Salam alaikum
7:42 Imraan akhi I can’t 🤣🤣🤣
Glad you spoke about it
30:55 the hurt in his voice 😥
I got a question are we allowed to listen to songs that’s main purpose is to focus on Islam and be spiritually benefitting like Maher Zain’s songs.
There shall be no tik tokin in my homeeee!
Barakallahu Feek brothers, I think a video on Snapchat should be next in sha Allah
Omg ustabh Yasin 42:56

As salaam alaykum brother, checkout Odysee/LBRY and Bitchute for posting your dawah videos
What about nasheeds? Is that completely haram then since they’re singing?
@@ytuser9948 subhanallah, I assumed it wasn’t because I learned it didn’t have any string instruments and because some famous Islamic channels had them posted but thank you for answering! ❤️
I saw people that said zina was haram before also!!!!!!
What u mean zina is halal?🤣
is there a way to contact dawah man for a personal issue like on gmail .I have no insta or twitter

Wa alaykumu s-salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh
I post my photography on Instagram, I make travel videos and share islamic knowledge.
for real brother i saw a hijabi with ripped jeans showing her legs but wearing the hijab astaghdurilah may allah swt forgive us all
Just realised I’ve never seen brother imrans hair
So we can't even listen to music without musical instruments? Just vocal type, not even that? Someone enlighten me please 🥺
Theres difference of opinion regarding the vocal music but tbh it's pretty much the same as music because it sounds like it and produces the same effect
Nope. No music. You can live without it. Some people don't have food to survive and you're only asked to not listen to music. If u have atleast little bit eemaan, u can do it, in shaaAllaah
nah I instantly knew which TikTok couple you were on about hahahhahahaah
Alhamdulillah
Astaghferullah!

Jummah Mubarak
Asalam alaykum, I really would love to donate but I can't because I'm not in u.k
34:57 😂😂😂 made me laugh so hard astagfurallah 😂
I got arrested from Tiktok.
Is nasheed haram too?
Are nasheeds haram? Whats the sunnah and quranic evidence? Please make a vid of this
a lot of nasheeds are able to manipulate how you feel whether it’s happy, sad or motivated etc… same effects as music! and sometimes nasheeds they have instruments faintly in the background that nobody notices so it’s not worth the risk. halal poems are better than songs. just be careful and know quraan is way better to listen to than them anyways
Do you ship merch to the US?
What’s the guy on the lefts name?
