    15 minutes a day. Not 15 hours.

It's 15 minutes per day divided into 2 separate sessions. Not 15 hours per day as stated by the irresponsible tv reporter.

Does anyone have any up to date information on the affects/benefits of this infrared therapy? What about LED therapy? We have done (doing) both, but I'd be interested in hearing from anyone out there. My husband has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers. Thank you.Lynn

Lynn Swanson Real Estate buy a vilelight 810. That’s the name of this device. They have the one with the head set and the one with just the nose clip. They are 1500 and 500$. The coupon code is redleaf for 50$ off

Lynn Swanson Real Estate Vielight are doing a clinical trial at the moment after apparently good results from a small cohort of 8 people, they are now doing a larger study and it will be completed in May 2021, so a year.Which I know is ages in the world of Alzheimers but we have to hope it is a success. It is not the same helmet on their website (The Neuro) But it will probably be similar just more intense. But you can go online and read about that initial study, it was in some of the papers. However,I believe the treatment for Alzheimers will have to be a mono therapy involving both clearing plaques and avoiding their build up, lifestyle changes for prevention. There is a bit of hope for a Chinese drug which has just this a week or so ago received FDA approval for a clinical study in the US and Europe which is based on the gut biome , it’s made of brown Algea and is already approved for treatment in China. So I’m excited to see what the trial results are for that as the gut certainly has a role to play which is why Dr Dale bredeson emphasises diet.

This is wonderful stuff even if one has to use it everyday like taking medicine. AND the hardware is cheap and no prescription is required. That said, ask your doctor for recommendations.

@@jkruegr I purchased the Gamma model. We are just at 12 weeks, I can say that my wife has been stabilized. I havent seen any major changes, I can say that since we started using the device, she is at least stable most of the time. I have found that when she seems to have either physical problems moving walking etc... or emotional problems crying, anxiety etc... I will give her a 20 minute treatment, and I do see remarkable improvement for a day or so. It doesnt stick though. If I can use a metaphor, be fore using the Veilight we were like people in a boat on a river headed for a water fall, but now we are still in that boat on a river but are tied to the shore by a rope, or now we have a motor to fight the current.

@@michaelbrito2978 Thank you for the Response. I got the Gamma model as well for my mother with alzheimers.
I am happy to hear that you are getting some relief but it also saddens me to hear about the day to day challenges you and your wife are experiencing. I dont know much about FTD - but you could also look into TMS. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. We are trying that approach for my son who has depression and anxiety.
