Thanks for posting this awesome insight into this best comedy movie ever! This even after almost 6 decades it holds the gold standard! Wish there was much more with all the awesome men & women actors casted in this forever classic. No way it will ever be duplicated!!! Long live the quest for those "350gs" and finding that "Big W"!!!!
The pull back on that master shot is practically the whole film in one shot. Just that sense of everyone realizing its every man...(And woman) to himself. That's the point where the green light goes on. The entire plot of the film takes off.
The best scene of the movie working out the money I have watched it hundreds of time's and I stilĺ nearly wet my pants with laughter as I notice something new every time I watch it The Rose's who wrote the Screen Play we're unbelievable one of my all time favourite movies baci x
When Ethel Merman hit Milton Berle with the purse, it put a bump on his head that lasted six months. She had it stuffed with costume jewelry. Also, when Jonathan Winters was hitting Phil Silvers with the tires at the gas station, he was really hitting. Phil had bruises. When Jonathan got into action, he really got into it
Stanley Kramer seems like the most tedious person in the world. I’ve heard a little about the making of that movie. It seems like it would have been the most difficult funny shows on earth to make.
Kramer is a legend but he must have been a hard man to work with. It seems like it was very expensive to make and Kramer seems to have an unlimited budget. Anybody got a take on this?
Thanks . Heart warming . No different . What next time ? Went . PBR one bull rider . No i won't help them about tgat seat i put together . Did need done . It get done . Dam it is 3 now . Middle .

I've never seen Jonathan Winters so restrained.
theyre absolutely all buzzed
The funniest grand scale epic comedy movie ever made. The Great Race & The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming come after Mad World.
Mx4W is the quintessential comedy epic!
My favourite film. It's a pity that Buddy Hackett tried to steal the show. He over-talked on a number of gags by the others.
Where’s the “Lunatic Genius “. Dick Shawn.
Thank you for this. Not great but interesting.
And how many times did Kramer complain about commercials? The sponsors must have loved him.
