Basically greenwashing. Telling people they needed to do it, in reality it is plastic and memory foam with some synthetic crap. It is not about the carbon footprint, it is about charging more for something cheaper to produce.

Disappointed with the FineWoven Case, it just didn't live up to my expectations in terms of quality and durability. 🙁 I'll be on the lookout for a better case to protect my iPhone.

A lot of mixed reviews of these cases, some saying they are good and some bad, yup seems like durability is the main concern as they tend to scratch, scuff & stain very easily. Personally I don’t think they are worth the price Apple is charging for these
