So my husband took the steps listed in the presentation and discovered his latches were not broken. Knowing his tendency to hoard, I suggested a long cake icing spatula and approach from the top; sure enough we found a whole can of glade, and enough papers to choke a horse. I broke my glove box 2 years ago on my 2003 Pontiac Aztec . I couldn't close it ,so I kept it taped up 😣 I fixed it this morning! Thank You 😁
