You really have nailed the tactics for crit racing. At high heart rate it is hard to focus and slow it down mentally so you can make the right decisions. I guess it comes with experience but it's what separates those with strong legs and those with legs and good tactics

The performance shown here is incredible. Yesterday, just for fun, I tried out whether I could also produce such performance on 35 km. I can do a sprint like that twice, maybe three times in a row... after that, my matches are burned for the day.
This is pritty interesting haha, never knew there was this much to a bicycle race. Def not my sport but this must be very nice for the community, good job :)

Totally thought this was gonna be an April Fools video when I saw the title and posting date.
"Hey guys, racing is back at Alviso! Check out this super long sprint I did pulling away from the field right from the starting line" and then the whole video is just you riding the course solo while you commentate over it like it's real race footage.

When 2 guys from the same team are in front they must to lead the pace BUT one rider need to be behind you to provide attacks from you, huge mistake and easy win for you. I don't know how old are they but it's a rookie mistake lol. Congrats man, good video as usal, i'm watching you from France by the way :)
They have so many options to make Jeff work in that situation. If Jeff is last wheel, just loose the wheel and make him close the gap, if Jeff is second wheel attack him from the back. Ofc he is much stronger it seemed, but that was very bad riding tactically from those two.
@@infiniteyest2939 At least we all agreed about the fact the other 2 guys choose the bad tactical way to win the race. Yes Jeff was the best rider this day but the strongest rider don't always win, look a Stuyven at Milan San Remo.

Hey Jeff, are you interested at all in Time Trials, or just sprinting/crits?
Asking because although I was mainly a sprinter, I also loved TT's as well, and am always fascinated by the balance of sustainable power output, the effects of aerodynamics - everything coming together in a perfect (or not so perfect) blend.
Would absolutely love to watch a breakdown of a TT or two sometime from you!
