It is automatic. After intimating the death of pensioner, family pension will be drawn automatically. So far the restoration of communtation it is automatic for the family pensioners even the pensioner died before 15 years
Regarding this subject I am submitted a. Letter to our state respected CM and he forward to finance department for verification we will wait till the final decision from govt.

Sir வணக்கம், நான் 31/07/2021மத்திய அரசு பணி ஒய்வு பெற்றேன்.FMA rupees 1000 வாங்கி வந்தேன் பிறகு 01/12/2023 முதல் CGHS Card apply செய்து பெற்றேன்.அவர்கள் 01/08/2023 முதல் 31/11/2023 வரை 28 மாதம் கணக்கிட்டு இது வரை மாதம் 7703 வீதம் 23109 ரூபாய் பிடித்தம் செய்து கொண்டார்கள் மீதி தொகையை எவ்வளவு பிடித்தம் செய்யப்படும் என்பது தெரியவில்லை. பிடித்தம் செய்த பணம் சரியா இல்லை தவறா என்பது தெரியவில்லை.மீண்டும் பிடித்த பணம் கிடைக்க என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும் வழி இருந்தால் சொல்லுங்கள் ஐயா நன்றி.

12.2015. 7th pay commission implemented on 1.1.2016 . I can make any appeal to get 7th pay commission benefits
Court case is related to June 30th.
