Thank you ,Thank you for posting this gem, I remember this episode ,my friends and I had " Dynasty" parties , every Weds. 10pm one of us would host and serve all kinds of yummy's and marvel at the rich and famous , one of my friends practically choked on a cheez-it in this scene , everybody laughed so hard, ...all perfectly done up professionally , not a hair out of place , makeup blended and non excessive , then, PLOP !! doused with mud, ROFLMAO !!! truly classic pm soap..

I couldn’t have said it better!!im so extremely disappointed that they didn’t just continue the stories in present day with the real actors, meaning Linda, Joan, JJ, Gordon Thomson, Catherine Oxenberg, etc. instead of the AWFUL TERRIBLE TRASHY reboot. They just ruined it.

I saw Joan Collins discuss this scene during an interview. She said that she was hit with such force that some of the mud mask went up her nose and caused an infection. She said her nose swelled up to 3 times the normal size. I would love to see a picture of that!

Krystal greeted the reception lady as "Virginia" , a name they would recycle for season 9 as Krystals cousin. Then in "The Colbys" Sable drove the two door convertible version of the same car Krystle is driving here. Color i believe even being the same. Then the name Michael was used twice in Dynasty.....first for cheaufer Michael Collaine then for Prince Michael of Moldavia, and Amanda was involved with both of them. Lots of interesting coincednces and inonsistiencies in this show always
And there was a third ‘Michael’ as well. Michael Culhane, and Prince Michael, and also Adam grew up thinking his name was Michael Torrence.

I saw both actresses in Boston when they did Legends and Joan was bitchy in person like she was on the show. Linda Evan's was classy as hell.

Sal Paradise, Oh my God Sal how could you hate Linda? I went to see Linda and Joan in Legends in 2006 when they came to Boston. It was brutally cold and windy that night. After the show got out, about 50 people headed for the stage door. They opened up the door and let us all in the building because it was so cold. We we're all standing in a hallway up against the wall waiting for them to come walking down to exit the building. When Joan walked by me I had a big valley record album for Linda to sign, but Joan walked by me first. I said Joan can you sign this? She looked at it and said "i'm not in that" and she walked away from me. Linda Evans was great, she took pictures with everybody and signed autographs for everyone. Joan was a bitch, she signed some autographs but would not take any pictures with anyone.
