- Hi guys, welcome back to ep 2 of the van build. It's actually taking a little longer than I thought but we are getting there! In today's ep we installed the protectakote, reinstalled the window cleaning tank, reels and controller as well as fixed a couple of bits. We hope you enjoy.

Loving the different feel of this video. Look forward to the next! Whats the purpose of the foil bubble wrap on roof? Also id be tempted the paint the wooden walls black to add to the branding colour scheme. Also get some of those ultra bright LED stip lights that you can cut down to what size you like. It will be nice and bright in there for those winter mornings. 💪
Some great ideas Ad, the bubble wrap acts as insulation and stops the roof getting condensation in the winter

The ceiling has a stick on insulation sheet thats foil backed to help insulate and keep condensation at bay, although in cold snaps an additive will

Looks absolutely mint the boys! 👍👌Love the yellow, defo gonna pinch a couple ideas 🤣 When it comes to drilling into the floor of the van is it as simple as just having a look underneath and making sure you’re not gonna hit anything?
The only thing we would do different is use a product called “loctite” stops you losing your nuts 🤪
@@Uncleanablespodcastnylon lock nut stainless steel with inner nylon core that locks nut onto bolt. Screwfix tool station ect.
every time you drill put sillicon in it not only waterproof but deadens vibration

Great too see all ye are doing . Just a word of caution about the brakets for the tank. If filled and need to break suddenly😮
Fingers crossed they hold, otherwise we both get a pure water shower on the M25 😉
Where did you get the logo for the tank from?
logo is brilliant straight in ya face when you open the door.
I had them made online just vinyl stickers ages ago I got like 10 of each size and never used them lol Iv got tonnes 😂
Have just put the pressure washing tank in front of it 😂 but got one for that tank too 🤩
You should have rapterliner the floor would have been better help prevent rust and help with grip when in the back
