Just touching on the pricing side of things. I think there is such a vast spectrum of pricing because there is so much competition. Loads of start ups, how do you compete with less experience? All you can do is beat the price.

I have been charging a little more in the past couple of months for jobs myself. It separates the wheat from the chaff. I may win less work but still earn the same if not a little more money. The biggest difference for me is none of my customers that accept a quote are quibbling on the price. They want a job done and the price is the price. If someone is trying to get my price down, instant red flag and i would rather not work for them anyway.

I know Pryor’s window cleaning turn over about 2.2 million a year and they have 20 vans on the road with one member of staff in each van.

Lifpo4 battery's are meant to be the one. Lithium you can run flat without damaging the cells. Lifpoo4 batterys and a solar panel, should never need to take the battery out of the van.

Am sure Ryan just likes spending money! Could get the cheaper solar panels…no spend double and get the more expensive version to get a 3-pin socket he’s never going to use 😂😂 Can’t you just run an extension lead to the van and still lock the doors?
