Loved this weeks pod. Are you doing any vids of the van build? And equipment bought, prices where from? I’ve never earned your earnings yet, no where near but I think I’m missing a few tricks but every day is a learning day.
Yeh I’m about 30% of the way into the build and everything had been filmed with broken down costs and stuff but just finding the time to edit it all has been tough as I’m so busy right now but it will be coming out asap
You can generally fire someone with little to no reason if they have been employed with you for less than 2 years. The only grounds they would have to take you to tribunal during that period would be for things like discrimination, maternity leave etc. Look up 'short service dismissal'
Watching it and yep your van is the same as mine try keep it clean on the outside but tip on the inside. But I think like you said presentation of staff if you or we did employ, you want them to look smart but say you have a sky vac customers do comment on equipment and say there thoughts so keeping that tip top is the same as van outside. But yes it’s there to make money.
Yes absolutely agree, if I had access to water at the warehouse I would clean it but currently we do not - maybe in the future I’ll clean everything not just customers houses 😂😂😂
On the subject of training and then they leave Heard this once. People say what happens if you train up staff and they leave. The reply was, what happens if you don’t train them and they stay. Boom
