So If I understand correctly, the 10% "penalty" is not whether the weapon you're using is the 1st or 2nd ingredient of the weapon itself, but depends on the main class you're using? So a [Rifle/Launcher] combo on a Ranger will not incur penalty on either, but if the same weapon is used with Gunner, the Launcher attacks/PA will have their damage decreased? I have a [Bow/TMG] and using it with a Gunner/Slayer, as long as I use the TMG part of the weapon, even if it's the 2nd ingredient, my damage will not be decreased?

Hello! You can multiweapon your dagger onto a bouncer weapon. This is fine as long as when you're using the dagger, you're on Fighter main. If you're using the dagger while on Bouncer main, you will be hit with the damage reduction.
