- Today I picked up a new toy to add to the collection. The Milwaukee M18 3/4 inch impact wrench. First impressions, I was very impressed, as it removed and refit 20 wheel nuts on an Iveco truck and didn't even use one bar of battery! I've still got a lot more testing to do with it but great first impressions. I also got on with doing some front break pads, rear buffer, marker light and flags.

Hi Matey, I'm an 82 year old retired Spanner Monkey, if you want to reach my age, make sure you put an axle stand or a couple of hard wood blocks under the axle, a bottle jack can easily tip over or sink into the ground, please take more care young man. Regards Ray.
With the “one key” you can preset a max torque using the app on your phone when tightening up!
Impact gun looks mint. Bung a block of wood or an axle stand under 'em. Jack only is sketchy as. Get yerself 2 rubber wheel chocks too - chock it. :-) Self-preservation & all that.
Get yourself a Milwaukee M12 Rivet Gun you already have the batteries so just buy the bare unit it's a game changer for pop riveting, as for your new ¾ gun get on the Milwaukee website and get an account made and get the gun registered for 3yrs warranty because if anything goes wrong with it either controller switch and stator they don't come separate they are all as 1 unit and they cost the price of a new machine, it's crazy just 3 items inside one of those impact guns costs just as much as a new gun, as for repairs with your eye warranty you just go into your Milwaukee account request a repair and they pick it up from you using a courier service you just print a shipping label off box the item up they collect it and if it can't be repaired they send you a new unit, I've registered all my tools the only one I have had to send in was my drill because I burnt the controller out on it and they replaced all the parts and sent it back.

The number 4 a load of shit its maximum power till it cracks loose then slows down bollocks a don’t have a Milwaukee gun but use the guy a work with sometimes and he always has it in setting 4 annoys me greatly 😂
