I have never try the blue bag but I think it should be ok too.. the problem is the blue bag is 16 oz and the green one is 14 oz so if you want to do the blue bag then make sure you measure it.. Also I used tapioca flour not the tapioca starch in th is video...

Not sure when they will order some more. But I have two 50cm so I’m happy. It is heavy duty. Well worth it. It’s not the cheap aluminum ones that dent easy.
