The best performance and instruction of this first form of Praying Mantis with names of manoeuvers and applications.

One of the best break downs of sam bo gin I have seen, considering its like an introduction to your online system , I found its been one of the best videos to give a quick look at how the single hand techniques an every movement flows from the form, understandably done without all the fine details for one video, or it would be 2hours plus cheers☯️

Thankyou for that I am sure people looking don't realize how much detail I have explained in the lessons for you to learn it not just watch. Thanks again

The only people who think they are going to sit back and block attacks are those that have never been in a real fight. Spear Hand takes many years of highly specialized training to pull off with telling power.

I'm really glad I found these vids. I'm beginning circular tong long training under Henry Sue this week and I think these will come in very handy.

Great stuff. I believe Southern Praying Mantis or one type of Southern Praying Mantis is called, “Kwong Sai Jook Lum”. Is this style related? Apologies if I’m off track, a lot of history gets lost over time and due to language translation. Thank you.

ROYCE BISHOP thank you very much. Our Sifu trainer under Sifu Henry sue and more recently Sifu hang ng, so this is more so related to circular tonglong/chow gar style

Ooh Chow Gar. That why it look so weird. I know it as three step arrow.

It's NOT 3 spearing fists. Who told u that??? Ur sifu??
It's literally 3 step battle. Equivalent to its version Sanchin in karate.
