Hi I made on Friday 6/12/24 & i got 11 cupcakes in total, most likely i would get more cupcakes had i used whole pack but I used half pack tennis biscuits, I should use full but I used half pack nonetheless I did make little adjustment I used 1× 230g creamcheese and i used 1 tin condense milk and no sugar an I used 1 tsp lemon juice and no vinalla essence , the rest ingredients I never adjusted, other than that my filling was weak, I don't know reasons aside from that my cupcakes took 15 min to bake an another thing your recipe cheesecake is tooooo Devine i dont have an issue but i do need to know something do you know reasons for crust being finished? but batter is leftover , ? I mean obviously portion of batter or filling i did make like usual like u did , my cupcake had crust but leftover batter wat I did was I baked it crustless, yes without biscuits , yes there was batter left , it was soooooooooo little batter , so I used my small glass square Pyrex tray which holds over 1 litre water under 2 litre water to bake remaining batter or filling an it took 24 minutes to bake, that part of cheesecake without crust at all never rise but came tooooooo devine
I got 14 cupcakes in total , i guess i would get easily 6 more so 20 cupcakes in total i would get but i ran out of the base and the mixture was extra so the leftover mix i ate it

An my took over 15 min but under 20 min to bake an it did set or get firm an i never had trouble to remove from Liners
