9 months later, saved my butt again! Thank you sir!
This is just for me in about a year to read:
Turn off machine
hold stop button -> press power button (continue to hold) + release stop button
while holding power button + 5 stop button -> release power
5 stop -> 1 power
3 stop -> 1 power
off and on

2nd step is not happening (G3400) please help.

Hi Selva, the method is not working for me. Is there any other way you could assist? The printer manage to goes into service mode (blinking and stable green light) after the first 5 times pressing the Stop button while holding the Power button.
Subsequently when I try to do the following steps by clicking the stop button again, the is not response from the printer, where there is no switching of the green light at the power button and the red light at the triangle icon's button.
