Приветствую! имею такой же ноут, проц turion x2 64, видюха 9600м gs. Подскажите на что более лучшее можно заменить процессор и видеокарту?

Здравствуйте. Видео карту можно поменять только на точно такую же, что будет необходимо лишь в случае выхода из строя первой. Процессор конечно можно поменять, но не выходя за рамки turion x2 - особого прироста производительности не получится. На более лучшее можно поменять ноутбук.

во первых я не знаю с чем сравнивать, точную модель процессора Вы не указывали, а во-вторых прирост может и будет, но не думаю что уж чувствительный

при такой замене средний прирост производительности составит 30%, по крайней мере исходя из средних показателей тестов этих процов. Если есть такая возможность - можно поменять, эта замена вполне может быть ощутима.

Это норм что допустим в Танках 3-4 ФПС... В чём проблема???

Ноутбук конечно старенький, но 3-4 ФПС это маловато... Попробуйте самые минимальные настройки графики поставить, почистить систему CCleaner'ом, проверить корректно ли установлены все драйвера.
