Caught a glimpse of your Tuareg on the road with the high fender and decals. Why are you holding out on us with an ep5! I want to see if its worth shelling out for the camel high fender kit or if you've come up with a cheaper do-at-home job that can work.

Spending $$$ on crash protection will not necessarily guarantee performance. Touratech crash bars are the epitome of this. They totally folded like paperclips on my Africa Twin. So, when I purchased crash protection for my Tuareg 660, the Outback Motortech crash test videos persuaded me. They publicly demonstrate the effectiveness of their gear.
