you can access computer managment by just right clicking on this computer even in file explorer and manage and it will pop up even in windows 8.0

btw, i did this month ago before i said to myself "wait a minute, what am i doing with this amount of virtual disk?" then i delete it

You would need a better CPU and GPU to record with OBS.
