Hi everyone, I had a bit of asthma flair-up when I voiced-over, so my apologies for my scratchy voice. It got better towards the middle part. Thanks for understanding and for watching. Enjoy your day. Hugs~ Josie 🤗😘
My daughter has asthma. Hope you're feeling better now.

Love this! you did a great job! I will be making this!.
Very cute!! I also had to buy this cubes online so you know I have lots 😉
Thank you, Paula. Yeah, that's the only way I can buy things for my project because my local DT doesn't have enough and also, I did not want to buy everything from the store so others can buy them if needed. Enjoy your day and happy crafting! Hugs~ Josie 🤗
I like this project. It looks high end
Did not noticed the voice change. You were good in explaining.
What a great storage idea! Good work!
Thank you, ronip59! Glad you like it! Hugs~ Josie 🤗😊
Really nice.
Thanks, Julie! Hugs~ Josie 🤗
Great job! Thinking outside of the box. The simplest thing turn into a masterpiece.
This is a great idea. Sadly I can't seem to find these. I have multiple Dollar Trees to go to but no luck & have been checking for almost a year. It would come handy for a lot of things.
Sorry to hear that, sonnyandcobi. One thing you can probably try is to talk to the staff and find out if they can order for their stock. But iff you plan to make more, you can order online, it comes in bulk of 24 pieces. Here's the link--> www.dollartree.com/crafters-square-wooden-boxes-with-drawers/296732. Dollar tree will drop ship it to a store near you. That is what I have done because I knew I will make many projects using them. I hope these suggestions help. Thanks for watching and have a wonderful day! Hugs~ Josie 🤗
I like it. It gave me an ideal for my craft items to store. Suggestion, for the gaps, you can fill with wood filler. Thank you for sharing.
I love how this turned out so much! Very cute and looks expensive. Great job Josie!
I loved it what a great project. nice tea bag holder
What a great DIY idea. Thanks for sharing 🌺🌺🌺💙💜❤️💛🌷🌷🌷
I need to make that for my teas so pretty I love it thank you for sharing 💜
I love this one so much! I had my husband pick up the boxes with drawers from DT today!
Hi Josie. I really like all of your organization videos. This one is no exception. This little chest would look great on my coffee station. I buy single coffee bags and they're perfect to go in these little boxes. Thanks for sharing, stay healthy and keep safe ❤❤
Hi Nati, I am so glad you are inspired to use this project on your coffee station. Actually, on Tuesday, I will show how to set-up 3 types of Hot Drinks Station and I used this on one of them. Great minds think alike! Enjoy making and using it! Hugs~ Josie 🤗
Love this!! I have 9 boxes in my stash and will make this for my 13 year old girl her room for part of her her birthday gift! Thanks!!
Love this very much. It does look high end Josie. Love your videos. Bless you.
Yes, I Made Mine Like That! I Put Twelve Instead. I Love It...Cheaper And Very Useful! TFS!
Great project. Really like it.
Thank you, Rebecca! Glad you like it! Hugs~ Josie 🤗
I love how this turned out. It looks like an antique library card file drawer. I always wanted one of those but when I do find one which is very hard, they are way to expensive. This would be the next best thing on a very low budget. I saw these wooden boxes last week when I was at my local Dollar Tree and thought they were so cute. I didn’t know what I would use them for so I didn’t get any. Now they’re probably sold out. I love your creativity.
Thanks so much, Lisa! In case they re sold out, you can order them at Dollar Tree online and have them drop-shipped for free at your local Dollar Tree. They come in 24 pieces. I am sure you can make a few of this! Hugs~ Josie 🤗
This is a great idea. I actually have those same boxes and the little metal drawer pulls sitting in my craft area waiting for me to put them together. Thanks for the demo.
Thanks again, Diana! Have fun recreating this! Hugs-Josie 🤗
That turned out so pretty Josie!! I love it!! I hope you and the family are all doing well!! Hugs 🤗 Teresa
You are brilliant. Love your ideas Josie.
This is super cool idea! I am SO going to $1 tree tomorrow! 🥰😍😉
This came out beautifully!
I have to say that you do such beautiful things and I thank you for being an inspiration to me, I have been having such dark days lately I get motivated to make something watching you create thank you!!!!🙂
👍😊
💜💜💜
I really love how you make your own stain. I have several types of paints but no stains. I really like the way the boxes came out with the stain and the handles. It looks like a beautiful antique piece. I just put those handles on my Amazon wish list. Thanks for sharing the link. Good buy. I already have the nutmeg paint 😊👍 Thanks for sharing this DIY Josie!
Oh!! Josie!!!! This is lovely!!♥️♥️. I'll have to see if I can order them????
Hi Theresa, I think you still can order them and have them dropship to your local Dollar Tree so you don't pay shipping. Thanks for watching, enjoy your day! Hugs~ Josie 🤗
Hi! I’ve been looking for some way to recreate or purchase an apothecary “cabinet” without spending several hundred dollars. Thank you for making this video! I can’t wait to try it! Just what I was looking for!! Great for an office as well! Pins and paper clips, erasers, rubber bands, etc.
This is so cute & possibly are endless. Have you tried putting putty on the seam areas, to give a smooth top? Love your various examples. Great vid.🦃🍁😷
Thanks, Donna. I had another project where I used putty. I made a mess lol and the edges were not smooth. I need to learn how to do it right. 😂lol. Hugs~ Josie 🤗
That’s lovely Josie! I do have a question though. I would have painted the drawers before I put the pulls on. Just to make it easier. But you didn’t. Any reason for painting with the pulls on instead of painting without the pulls. Either way I’m going to make this. You are so talented. You’re blessed. I’m disabled right now after 2 failed back surgeries. I was a nurse. I’m a very new subscriber. And I’m so enjoying your content. But mostly I’m enjoying you. Thank you for filling my day and mind. 💚👍👍🤗🥰🦩
Thanks, Amber. Because it's better for better adherence. Often, when I do it before, the paint would peel off when pulling the pull, weakening it. Hope that helps. Hugs-Josie 🤗💚
You are so clever!
I'm desperately trying to find a hack for storing my Mom's curling iron in her teeny tiny bathroom.
Looks like it would be best on the inside of the cabinet door. It doesn't have the tradition thumb opener thingies that can hook more easily on the rim of something.
Anything ready made that I see isn't suitable for this one item.
Wish I could send a pic.
It's a Conair 5/8 inch Curls n Curls model. The opener is built into the handle.
I need some sort of heat proof tube with a closed end...and a clever idea for the cord, as well.
Hi Suszanne, you can send me the photo via email life50nbeyond@gmail.com. Maybe I can give some suggestions to solve your dilemma. Thanks for watching. Hugs~ Josie 🤗
Some people are using PVC Y joints for the curling ruins. I use a sample piece of ceramic tile on my counter. It stays on the counter and I just lay the iron down on it until it's cool or as I'm using it.
I love it! I think it would be easier for me to paint it first. Any thoughts on that? Thank you.
A great project! Quick question - is there a slight gap at the top of the drawer pull, where a printed label will fit, or does the label have to be stuck in the empty square space? Thank you.
Yes there is! Sorry for late response. I'll be uploading a new video this Sunday, 11/26/23. Hope to see you there. Hugs 😘
I love it!
Thanks, Sonya. I am glad you do! Hugs~ Josie 🤗
