Good morning Johnny. I love to see your videos because you keep them real. No one understands what we go through and the things we do to survive and help our family and survive also. Take good care of yourself and stay ahead of the game. You’re a good man with a good story, and you’re not the only one there are many of us, including myself. I lost my brother, six years ago to the addiction and trauma from Vietnam. I saw him deteriorate before my eyes because he was self-medicating couldn’t make it to the VA anymore. We’re from Compton and I moved out of my home when I was 13 and I thank God every day. Did he help me make good choices?. luckily, I have come up on top, in my own way, but I sure do feel and know your pain and your struggle and your desire to succeed. Stay strong brother we love you, Gloria.

At the 3:30 mark a siren begins and gets louder and louder, perfect timing Mark and Johnny! I remember L.A. County Jail when I was there back in 2009-2010! A lot of 'diesel therapy' ensued going back and forth between Van Nuys courthouse, Men's Central and Wayside/Pritchess. The final days I was placed in SuperMax....I was obviously a white boy that refused to comply with anything in the way of a plea. They tried but I stood my ground. I saw inmates at every level shooting up and banging heads. As a wood, I was outnumbered 20 to one easily so I laid low and worked out. In the beginning when they shipped me out to Wayside, I was in a quonset hut with about 90 other men....only 5 of which were "Woods". Not good odds but I only got in trouble once in the very beginning when I walked in to the open bath area with urinals instead of standing at the emtry way to wait my turn to enter. I won't share what happened but I learned what NOT to do that day and from then on was helped by the head wood, a younger guy that was in for manufacturing and dealing meth. His name was Ron. Nice guy. I was in for 2 months and returned in 2014 for another 2 months. Not much time but they put me in the oldest part of the jail where there are tiers and single cell open cages with bars. At that point I was the ONLY white boy on that floor and that was pre-trial torture I was forced to endure because I refused to take a plea. Man o man did they try though! I was told more than once by attorneys that they had never met anyone like me that could simply sign a piece of paper and walk out the exit door.....yet refused to be extorted and coerced in to admitting "guilt" to something that I KNOW I was never guilty of committing. BTW Johnny, genius idea to come up with to have the kidnapping charges dropped! Brilliant criminals like yourself can channel that energy in to a positive outcome and you already know this I'm sure. Good stories and I remember back in the 70's growing up near Santa Ana where many gangs were constantly at odds with each other over territory. I would ride my bike around because it was also a very cool place back in the late 60's and early 70's. F-Troop was all over the place....I digress.

Now it is common for veins to come back after several years of abstinence, but its my understanding that he still out there rippin' and runnin'.
