One way to test which one is the best, is by using a black and white American Flag. If it can't get that, then other pictures will not be totally correct. I have a colorizer that came with the latest Adobe Photoshop Elements, and for simple things like skin oceans and sky, it's good. but.....American Flags, Nope! Terry

My Heritage is the clear cut winner. The other ones had bleed through and rainbow effects. They did Ok, but nothing beat My Heritage. Too bad they charge you after 10 pictures though.

being smart and able to learn isn't good enough. these programs can be automatic all they want, but it isn't going to be accurate until the owner is able to tell it 'the teeth need to be white', 'the hair needs to be red', or the backdrop needs to be blue
@@TopTenAI I just subscribed to My heritage, and while the watermark is gone, it still leaves a small mark indicating which of you tools you used (colorized, enhanced, etc) I may have to cancel my subscription because of it.
Yeah.. Colorise let me do five photos before it required an upgrade, So much for being the best and FREE!!

Myheritage wins hands down, there is nothing else like it for skintones.
but with over $200+ annual subscription fee. I do like their Animation tool. Wonder if the others have this facility.

Agreed. There's no replacement for human intuition in such cases. But it at least gets majority of the job done. The rest is up to us as per.

These AI programs are rubbish. They either color poorly, bleed colors or charge you for credits to color a photo.
