CUT CONTENT Super Mutant NCR Ranger in Fallout New Vegas
#fallout #falloutmods #falloutnewvegasmods Technical Specifications Of My PC Игры
I'm surprised the NCR would hire a super mutant, but to each their own I guess... there is some odd content that never got into the final version of New Vegas.
Consider liking the video and subscribing! I hope to reach 35k subs by the end of the year!
Same was said for Frank Horrigan.
Well they do have ghoul rangers at echo, and what ever race fantastic is.
I dont know if you know how to mod but you could get some views if you made a mod that turned Tommy Torini in to Tommy Tortellini and just have his head turned in to a tortellini
I feel like it could also be because the Rangers are cut from a different cloth performance wise. Normal NCR wouldn't take to a super mutant well but the Rangers are more about "can I rely on this guy"
Reminder the NCR hired mercenaries to wipe out Jacobstown. Of-course they planned their genocide in the gay way that liberals and modern bullies tend to do, by provoking the people they want to kill until they attack first, therefore "justifying" it.
Unironically this guy would be an absolute unit in combat. The skill of a ranger and the power of a mutant
He’d make frank horrigan look like a puppy.
Now give him custom made power armor
@@pixellordm8780 no way. Frank Horrigan was almost twice the size of a super mutant with uniquely enhanced FEV treatments that made him better in every way. Plus he had Power Armor and a plasma gun.
@@rocketsocks3116 yeah but rangers have some of the most insane training in the entire wasteland, make a intelligent supermutant have that with complete control of their temper & be incredibly calm & calculating. Like just think about it, a smart, calm supermutant is probably the most terrifying concept in the entire wasteland. You cant provoke them into traps or making mistake’s because they are smart enough to predict your every move and strong enough to counter them all.
A normal ranger terrifies the entire legion, a supermutant ranger would be the Grim reaper to them.
While we're talking about non-human NCR members, I always liked that a lot of the ranger veterans were ghouls. It makes sense that someone who can live for hundreds of years (and actively benefits from radiation) would be some of your best soldiers.
Ghouls seem to be superior to humans in every aspect besides the hygienic/actively rotting and ticking timebomb to go eventually go feral downsides.
Use 'em 'till you lose 'em, I guess.
Now all they need is to dev some nuscle replacers since ghouls slowly lose them
Althought i do mean very slowly
Like maybe 10% of their strength every century slowly
Add to that they could be ex Highway patrol or military prewar could help a lot
@@patefreeman1106yeah. Having potential veterans would also help. Who’s more reliable, a random ranger or a 240 year old dude who was a soldier before this stuff even happened.
@@molassesman4066the riot gear increases agility and strength
Imagine the poor Legionnaire trying to fight this guy with a lawnmower blade machete
It would be like hitting Thanos with a stick
Hahaha yeah
This guy would snap the Legionnaire like a kit-kat bar.
Super Mutant rangers looking at Legate Lanius:
"Look at what they need to mimic a fraction of our power."
True, but there would probably be ten legionairres hitting him with a stick, and maybe two go down; but there will still be plenty of guys left to push through.
@@tbotalpha8133why would a genetically engineered super soldier say that for a physically stronger primitive tribal who naturally can body any super mutant smaller than Frank Horgan.
NCR had ghoul rangers, they could absolutely have a mutant ranger.
But well, the Brahmin Bureaucracy exists, nothing more to be explained.
Edit: After finishing Fallout 2 and observing Shady Sands and Broken Hills, yes, there was a point of understanding between Mutants and Rangers. The second Ranger you find in Shady Sands HQ is a mutant. And Broken Hills is a refreshing environment, like as with Gecko or San Fran
Well i think Super Mutants are rightfully scrutinized more due to the fact all of them were in The Master's army at one point.
theres literally a super mutant ranger in fallout 2 Shady sands
@@youssefblahcen3766 that makes sense. Thanks for the trivia
@@battlesheep2552 I can see why. That's why super mutants are hostile towards NCR in New Vegas.
Drain the swamp, that's my answer.
It's kinda sad that this was removed since it gave so much about FO1 lore and how the mutants were left stranded after the Vault Dweller destroyed their bases. Part of the reason why NV felt more like a sequel to 1&2 than a spin-off (maybe a successor to Van Buren).
It also took place in roughly the same area. 3 and 4 feel like the spinoffs.
That's because New Vegas IS Van Buren on the Fallout 3 engine with some changes.
Deadass believe that Fallout 3 got stepped up by obsidian just saying "fuck it, here's the REAL fallout 3"
Fallout 3 feels more like Fo1, whereas New Vegas feels more like Fo2. Fallout 1 and 3 are both truly apocalyptic, people are struggling to survive, the last dregs of humanity are doing their best just to make it to the next day, scrounging for slivers of clean water and edible food. Whereas in Fo2 and NV, people are rebuilding and thriving everyone, and the threats are no longer the apocalypse and its effects, everyone has clean water, food is abundant, resources are everyone, now the threat is rival factions and politics.
@@beganfish the West coast is the best coast.

Imagine if you made yourself an enemy of the NCR and this absolute unit is the one who rolls up on you and says "Since you haven't pissed yourself, I'll assume you don't know who we are."
This mean green MF would have probably made players not clown on the NCR as much lmfao
And then you're seen as racist for acting in (arguably) self defense. It would truly be a genius move by NCR.
It would make ncr hit squads actually scary unlike how they are now
@@darkosphere3252 equipment wise they're about as strong as legion hit squads.

Fun fact did you know that josh sawyer was unaware about his removal
Nope. Can you cite your sources?
@@tsukishiro70 from the wiki (I know it might not be the most likely source but hey that is my opinion)

Such a shame they removed it
It only makes sense that the NCR would use the mutants to their strength if they were available. Or at the very least it would of been cool if you could have convinced the Jacobstown mutants to come to your aid at Hoover dam.
looking at what the NCR did to meansonofabitch... i don't know how gung ho the jacobstown residents would be to fight for them.
Why? Jacobstown is a treatment facility it's not even a settlement. That's morally equivalent to throwing an entire looney bin on Omaha Beach

I love how all Super Mutants, even Nightkin all mention how difficult it was to lose the Master.
Like being disconnected from a Hive-Mind. Everything is suddenly without answers, you feel totally isolated and alone, but most of all, confused.
I bet many were eventually glad to have their minds free, without being influenced by the Master’s overwhelming psychic strength, but even those individuals always admit that there was something universally pleasant about letting the Master think for you, leaving you and your fellows free to act without the burden of thinking for yourself.
Super mutants were soldiers build to fight, not to think. Thinking is hard for them
Many super mutants are very intelligent
If the FEV was perfected. Those muties would've been normal Humans but with perfect stats and special.
This is why the Rangers are cooler than the Brotherhood
They don't discriminate against Mutants. So long as you can pass their notoriously brutal training, anyone can be a Ranger
В Фоллаут Тактикс , Братство принимает всех в свои ряды.
И даже Когтей Смерти
The Midwest brotherhood chapter recruits mutants, and has tanks, so they are cooler than the NCR and about equal to the desert rangers.
Anyone can cook 😂
That’s super lame, actually. There’s nothing cool or interesting about that.
Anyone is fine as long as they're willing to die for the people that pay them to pay taxes.
i'm so glad the NCR makes super mutant-sized ranger hats and aviators
To be fair you can get those gag accessories that are fully functional, just impractically huge. It's probably something like those
I always wanted this to be part of the game!
well now you can have it
Now let's wait for the super mutant legionary just like chief hanlon said, because i bursted myself laughing hearing such a thing
Scary prospect
Lanius 2.0. Bigger, faster, stronger. That's what a Super Mutant Legate would be like.
Ah yes, Legate Francisicus Horriganus and his signature catchphrase "your ride's up, time to die degenerate"
I think Caesar would have Gen 1 Mutants and Nightkin killed but leave Gen 2 mutants alive as prized slaves and penal warriors
Caesar 100% would see super mutants as representations of mankind’s mishandling of science, the one thing he based the legion on opposing. I’m pretty sure he would very much reject a super mutant legionary just off his own principle
I'm surprised Fallout hasn't dabbled back into Super Mutants as a true faction in the modern games. The closest we got was them being the big bad before the enclave is introduced.
It would be nice to see a settlement like Jacobstown but with more than one notable quest involved. Instead, leaning into what non-violent mutants would do and what larger faction they would side with in the region. If Jacobstown would have participated in Hoover Dam which side they would be on, Marcus would be neutral or NCR leaning and Keene could be more Legion favoured.
The only problem with super mutants being main antagonists is that the main theme of Fallout is that war never changes, and humans always fight one another. Although the Super Mutants are former humans, it kinda undermines the theme of humanity being its own worst enemy to have them as the Big Bads.
@@Rubyofthedead Fallout 1 and 2 had them at the forefront and Fallout 3 had a servicable early game representation.
We don't need then as a main faction, but to be able to interact with them on a deeper level than a one of two side quests. For them to play into the main story a bit better.
For example: Virgil in Fallout 4 could have had a dilemma where part of his cure was lost or locked away in a super mutant area. We'd accompany him and it would be an uneasy truce moment, you'd interact with the named mutants and either be accepted or denying on your dialogue options. Strong would also add a few unique options if brought along. If allied it would become a unique settlement that attracts solely mutants (or both humans and mutants if talked to).
Anything to give depth past "big green cannon fodder hulks".
Bethesda continues to sap them of any personality or depth in favor of just being another thing to shoot at. Similar to Raiders and Gunners. They’re essentially just orcs now
Problem is most of the super mutants out are not the intelligent ones like Jacob or Flawks, most of them are the dumb ones who probably do not have the necessary intelligence to form a peaceful coexistence with non-Super mutants, it’s probably the reason why all of the ones in the wasteland were aggressive and hostile. Most of the intelligent ones seem to be out west where they were created from vault dwellers. Super mutants created from wastelanders result in the unintelligent ones.
@@Rubyofthedead except that's literally the plot of game 1
Imagine him in a super mutant sized veteran ranger uniform. Would be absolutely terrifying and badass.
Especially if he was wielding a minigun. imo at least.
It would look goofy unless it had an altered design.
@@FriendlyGoblinWasTaken Nahh just look at Frank Horrigan's power armor from F02. Veteran Ranger uniform would need a few tweaks but nothing that would be too drastic. And in terms of goofy...were looking at a giant green man with no lips wearing a tiny park ranger hat, I think that ship has sailed my friend.
@@Grenn94 A Super Mutant Veteran would basically be the NCR's Frank Horrigan. :D
Why couldn’t the NCR hire super mutants to fight Caesar’s Legion? It is in their constitution to accept all members of the Wasteland if they aren’t violent.
It would be an interesting premise
Well most Super Mutants are violently belligerent or just plain crazy. Especially the Nightkin. And most times you can't tell the difference between the two, so most people are liable to panic, shoot first, and be forced to ask any questions to the big green gorilla they just pissed off by shooting them in tits.
Realistically there are just too few a number of not only "intelligent" supermutants but ones also capable of entering back into human society "normally" and who also more than likely will work for the NCR out of ideals not for personal gain. so you already have a super small population to pick from and i would say you are probably going to get 1 super mutant capable of genuinely joining the NCR for like every 20 mutants you come across. The reason they probably don't hire then as mercanaires is due to the fact that the public stigma around supermutants espescially for citizens of the NCR is pretty bad, I can't imagine career soldiers being comfrotable fighting around them as they have the perciveved risk of either just killing you for fun, going "feral" or just in general being extremely hard to with if we are under the assumption that most super mutant merc's would probalby be "intelligent" to the degree where they don't immediatly kill the wrong humans, but at the same time i don't think you would find many like the guy in the video who is practically just a human in a bigger body
Mostly because by the point in New Vegas most of the Super Mutants let on the West Coast are just the ones who have had enough conflict In their lifetimes and want to live in peace. There probably just wasn’t enough Super Mutant mercenaries left in California for the NCR to bother.
Probably still distrustful of them in most parts, although thanks to Marcus's efforts we could see more Supermutants fighting in the NCR's side, hell, it would be awesome to see NCR develop special units of only Supermutants. A stealth unit of Nightkin would be sick.
A Super Mutant with ranger skills, my goodness, not even a Paladin of the Brotherhood could take him down.
A bunch of malnourished miners turned super mutants wrecked an Enclave platoon, so that's that.
@@xxlCortezman, the horror
I always hated how the Super Mutants used those little hunting rifles. They should be a devastating melee threat akin to the death claws except with numbers to make up for the lack in individual strength. One-handing Hammers and pickaxes, Bumper swords, power sledges with a few heavy weapons mixed in just in case you thought that running away would save you.
Why use your strength when you can fire a .308 rifle like it was a pistol? Or better yet a 5.56 LMG that feels like a 10 mm smg

Fallout 2 had a Super Mutant ranger-- and is in fact one of like the four or five rangers actually present in game at all. Ranger Gond, check him out!
He doesn't say much, but the NCR hasn't aggrieved mutant rangers for a while.
This is weird, considering NCR hired mercenaries to provoke Jacobstown and give them a reason to wipe all the super mutants out.
the NCR rangers always were tolerant of mutants since inception.
A senator hired those mercs to make an incident for votes, that wasn't an official policy.
They was super mutant rangers in fo2
The NCR isn't a monolithic entity. The dudes who harassed Jacobstown were mercs and were likely hired by a brahmin baron or other large landholder looking to pull a land grab on Jacobstown. The dude in Vegas that wants to kill Heck Gunderson basically explains this is the MO of the big landholders, they intimidate people and steal their land or force them to sell it for way less than it's worth. Jacobstown is prime real estate especially for a brahmin baron that maybe wants to branch out into bighorner ranching. The mutants there are also an ideal target because they are isolated and shunned from the rest of the Mojave and because they are peaceful mutants whose leader wants to avoid conflict with humans. These tactics would never work against a group like Tabitha's State of Utobitha because they would just kill the mercs. For another example, look at the ghouls of Searchlight- you find one that isn't feral and Sgt Astor wants to shoot him like a rabid dog. However with some convincing you can find out that there's a ranger station full of ghouls you can send him to. So we see that there is anti ghoul and mutant sentiment in the NCR but they are also tolerated to a degree, though it appears the NCR ghoul rangers are segregated from the rest. So it wouldn't be too inconsistent for there to be a mutant ranger, even then the dialog is acknowledging that it's unusual and he faces discrimination.
To be fair, the Mercenaries were hired by an individual NCR Senator in a bid to drive up tensions to fuel an election campaign, not the NCR Military in an official manner. Chauncy was intended to be present to keep watch over Jacobstown in a similar way to how the Ghoul Rangers were posted at the irradiated Station Echo.
What’s more terrifying than a guy who can bullet between your eyes at 1,000 yards?
A Super Mutant who can put a bullet between your eyes at 1,000 yards.
Na a super mutant who can do this with a big ass spear
This defiantly would of put the NCR on a different light.
Other then those bastards being the worse of the old world at least they are not as racist as the other faction who want the old world bakc like the enclave if they benefit the cause then sure why not "we dont give a shit if your a ghoul,a Chinese, hell a fucking deathclaw if you want the same thing as we do then sure you can join"
@@ironking4698 This reminds me of Fallout Tactics, where at different points in the game you would be able to recruit Ghouls, Super Mutants, robots, and even Deathclaws into your team. The Deathclaws were the intelligent kind iirc, which probably makes that a one-off thing.

Fallout 2 has 2 super mutants in the NCR.
This reminds me of the question Parthurnaax poses to the Dragonborn in Skyrim; “What is better, to be born good? Or to overcome your evil nature through great effort” although most intelligent mutants like this guy are usually pretty cool with humans post fallout 1-2, the fact he fought for the master means he used to be an absolute menace but he turned it around and became a peacekeeper, shame it was cut.

Reminds me of that “BOS Super Soldier” i’ve seen mentioned cut for Fallout 4. Apparently Bryan Virgil’s blood (still alive mind you) is used to synthesis a stabilizer for the FEV, allowing Super Mutants become more human. The super soldiers were slightly smaller super mutants with grey skin, patchy hair growth, and had the intelligence of your average knight.
But that would be a unique idea. We can’t have any of those
So basically just a worse Frank Horrigan

@@venom0825 In all fairness, this also was an early concept of the East Coast Chapter, which had a more rag-tag style to them with armor showing signs of patchjobs, wear’n’tear, and even some would call “unorthodox” Brotherhood members in the form of ghoul scouts, who’d use their resistance to radiation to scout hazardous zones.
More surprised by the voice than anything else

That's actually perfect. This guy could be the NCR's answer to Frank Horrigan. He can turn a company of well-trained Legionaries into one or two fleeing Legionnaires.

Man, if Diamond City can accept Nick Valentine, i don't see why NCR can't accept a Super Mutant.
Make's us wish this was kept in the game. if there's ever gonna be a remastered gmae for 3 and NV for PS5, pc and xbox, they should put in all cut content. Also for Fallout 4 mod, they should make NCR outfits for Super Mutants.
Ghoul and Supermutant rangers are basically supersoldiers that can operate in places no humans can.
Supermutant has superstrenght, and ghouls literally heal and feed on radiations.
Of course, the issue here is to always check on them to see if they're not turning feral.
Super mutants don’t turn feral
There were Super Mutant Rangers in Fallout 2 in NCR
I see the NCR took inspiration from the Enclave
Gen 1 super mutants would make for some of the best NCR troopers and ironically would have made sense since the Super Mutants and FEV virus were ment to be Super Soldiers
I wish this wasn't cut. We need more cool mutants in the world just chilling.
In Fallout 2 there's a Super Mutant at the Rangers HQ so this would've been a nice detail to see in NV.
Just one thing I'm confused about though, he said he "hails from Necropolis", but Necropolis was a Ghoul city with no humans living there aside from a couple of people from the Children of the Cathedral who were making a visit, and (as far as we know) Ghouls can't turn into Super Mutants when exposed to FEV. So does he mean he was part of the squad that wiped Necropolis out and can't remember anything before that or is this just a mistake in the writing that would've been changed had it been left in?
(Yes I know I'm being pedantic, that's just me).
in fallout 2 you can find unity's squads with human, ghouls and super mutants. I think they were from broken hills.
It made me smile seeing them fight side by side, and they were usually on mid to high level encounters (masters remnants, high level raiders, etc)
they cut him out because he would solo the entire legion and the players would be too bored
These kind of Supermutant is the Reason why The Master Truly believe they will replace humanity

This is why I like the ncr, I do not care if this isn't Canon or not. They see potential they help or recruit, unlike many others trying to destroy.
Fallout 2 did have a super mutant ranger in the ranger base
legion super mutant......
interesting concept
i imagine the legion would be more likely to simply enslave them and use them as berserker units to clear out heavy infantry, like BoS in power armor or NCR in scrapped PA, before sending actual legion forces.
@@kobold7466 it’s possible they could be convinced to fight for the legion just by being treated better by them IMO
I'm seeing mod potential here that I hope gets made someday. Shame I don't know the 1st thing about beyond a replacer or stat change.
Probably not many Mutants in Arizona.
Fallout 2 when you meet the rangers theres a super mutant there. This is 100% cannon.
That would be awesome; a decent contrast to the mercs hired to harass Jacobstown into starting a fight.
Wonder how the ranger would react to that development (though I do wish they gave him a more gravely voice; Marcus having a clear voice is supposed to be pretty unique among super mutants iirc).
I mean it's very obviously a chatgpt voice, but you did a good job being as convincing as possible
It's criminal the amount of amazing and rich lore and content was forced to be cut in the game and not added to the Fallout world and lexicon due to the games breakneck development. This is such a great and cool idea that gives even more depth to the NCR and the core region that after a century from the era of the Master. Super Mutants are a part of everyday life in many ways there. With all the assimilation and cultural overlap that comes with it, some are bad like what happened to Mean Sonofabitch or Tabitha's Utobitha attempts. While other's like Marcus, Jacobstown and (possibly) individuals like Ranger Chauncey here.
Ghoul Rangers and troopers were at least made into a thing that showcases the possibility of this concept in the core region.
Damn Ranger but also Super mutant sound like a invinsible

That mutant seems so chill to crack a beer with. Especially his sense of humor
That laugh KILLED ME “ah aha ha ha”
He reminds me redanian troll from the Witcher 3, who made fence from boats so now boats are guarding boats
imagine getting the NCR ranger takedown from a super mutant ranger
It’s funny because in actual fallout lore Rangers aren’t exclusively human
Ncr having super mutants, vertabirds and power armored units would really wipe the legion
Imagine super mutants and power-armored shocktroopers armed with miniguns, and vertibirds armed with energy weapons meeting the Legion at Hoover Dam. It'd be a slaughter.
Don't forget the NCR robobrain.
Oh my goodness me!
Seems like there was only room for one Chauncey in the game.
I am just imagining a group of human rangers watching their mutant ranger counter parts beat the shit out a legionnaires.
“Tolerance is fun”
Shame he never made it in, because he would help further exemplify one of the NCR’s strengths: their diversity.
Seeing male and female human, ghoul and super mutant NCR rangers would highlight that the NCR might not be run in an efficient manner, but it shows that diversity has many benefits, especially in a world where you should really take what you can get and work with it rather than drawing sharp lines in the irradiated sand.
This gives the same energy as the Imperial Legion making use of Orcs in Elder Scrolls
I don’t know too much about elder scrolls
@@KnightRaven that's okay. Quick answer, in the world of the Elder Scrolls, there are Orcs. Many of the "civilized races" think them savage beasts, but the main military power of the Empire, the Imperial Legion, has made use of them, for their superior strength and ferocity, as well as being skilled smiths.
The Cyrodillic Empire has an Emperor and is loosely based on Rome, so it would make more sense if Caesar's Legion made use of Super Mutants.
I love the fallout 1 music in the background, im pretty sure that particular track is one of the few from fallout 1 that didn't make it into new vegas, that and the track that plays at the mariposa military base.
The poor khans running into a mutant and finding out its a ranger mutamt
Damn, Ranger Mutant is pure chaotic energy lol
I love the idea of humans creating larger versions of uniforms for human-adjacent species in their military. Like Ogryns in Warhammer 40k's Kriegsman getting gigantic greatcoats of their own. Just funny and cool.
All I can think of, is Sergeant Slaughter...
His fu***** hat 👒 I can't take it 😂💀
Bro imagine it was canonical that Harry from FO1 survived and he was a ranger in the NCR.
“Uhhhhh… You a legion… Harry ‘pposed ta report legion to da Lou.
…Heeeeeey…..”
I love this and wish it stayed in, further demonstrates what we already see in the base game, one of NCR's underrated strengths is tolerance and inclusion, especially compared to nearly every other wasteland faction. If you discriminate against minorities, anyone with skills in those groups is lost to your talent pool or actively becomes your enemy. The Legion and Enclave and even Brotherhood sacrificed countless talented people on the alter of not seeing them *as* people, and just like IRL, that is a recipe for failure.
Fallout 2 their was a super mutant npc in the desert rangers. So it'll make sense that the ncr recruited him.
This guy would turn every lever-action he got a hold of into origami.
There was so much cut and abandoned content for this game, it's mind boggling.
Its cuz they were forced by bethesda to release it early, Black Isle made it but Bethesda funded and produced it
Honestly I'm most amazed that they were able to find a big enough combat armor to fit him
He outright says its custom made. It would be like going to an actual tailor. They make it from scratch which while expensive is completely doable for the NCR with their resources. Its not like they are manufacturing a suit of power armor for him.

"Legionnaires! We shall surely be victorious, it is only 10 fools of the NCR and their puny rifles against our greater numbers!"
"Fool, that's not a squad of soldiers! *_THAT'S A SUPER MUTANT WITH A MINIGUN_* "
I would love a New Vegas with all the cut content
it always impresses me whenever a super mutant talks flawlessly without lips
This is so cool!!! I’m surprised at the voice acting though. Doesn’t sound like a super mutant.
Most chill super mutant ever
If nothing else, there is canon precedent to this. Back in Fallout 2, there was a Super Mutant present at the NCR Rangers HQ. You don't actually speak to him, but he's there without any hint as to him not belonging there.
Should’ve gave legion Super mutants instead
Would’ve made fighting them a lot more varied
Definitely interesting
Super mutants go against caesar’s philosophy. Imagine a man that blames scientific progression for the apocalypse recruiting genetically modified humans into his legion. It would be ironic, but not believable imo
@@Kwiwiwiwi it would be 100% In Caesars philosophy. They are technically a displaced tribe
And his philosophy was that innovations made humans weak and complacent. Supermutants do not make humans weaker they are just stronger humans
@Kwiwiwiwi Fun Fact, since a majority of people alive in Fallout are survivors (or their decendants are) of a nuclear war, experiencing fallout, most everyone is already genetically mutated. There are major cracks in Ceasars' philosophy. Why wouldn't you use a resource avaliable to you? Ghouls and Super Mutants are just that, an untapped resource that could turn the tides of war very quickly, and without harm to your own men, humans. Then there's the fact that Thesis, Antithesis, and Synthesis will eventually come back to the point that started the nuclear war in the first place, just much slower than the NCR. No, Ceasar would not allow it to happen, but those who'd inherit his dictum may start doing things differently and straying from the original vision if backed into a corner or because they grew fat and weak.
It would most likely happen over a long period of time though.
@@ozfifer7392 I think it was more only technology that is simple to use and minimal required skill to both manufacture and sustain
I E it is not simple to create Stimpacks but anyone can create healing powder. Same with guns
One of the founding members of the rangers was a super mutant
To be fair, this is a bit lore accurate because Marcus is also a good guy
Man this would be a cool addition
Shame this Super mutant ranger never made into it
Kinda glad this was cut, takes some fire out of the Jacobstown questline. Great job though.
