  • A quick tutorial on how to setup AEB or Auto Exposure Bracketing on the Canon R5. It should be similar to all Canon Mirrorless cameras.

Yeah - I found I needed to change to mechanical shutter mode and the 2 second delay is real useful for tripod AEB work. Depending on conditions, I also sometimes change the number of shots to 5 or 7 so I get a more graduated look when using Lightroom to merge them. Obviously you have to be careful with other factors, too, so that each end of the range is not outside the limits of your lens f/stop or shutter speed.

I think it would help if you also showed the menu item where yiou can increase the number of bracketed exposures up to seven. Nice concise video however.

This is very helpful, thanks. I noticed that the style of the quick menu is different from my r5, and it looks larger and more user friendly. Is there a setting to change that? I'm referring to the way the screen looks at the 19 second mark. Totally different than my R5. Thanks!
