ive shot with a 5D3 and a 5D4 for over 6 years now (maybe more?) and i just got my 6deuce. it is NOT a very convenient camera to shoot with. the menus are way too varied and i miss not having an specified ISO button on it. i guess though since i got it strictly for portraiture, i shouldnt be changing it too much. I was frustrated on setting the AF for marathon runner on my R6 II. I wanna focus on one runner, focus tracking the runner that run toward me and then switch to other runner. Also I wanna select certain runner from other runner in the same focus distance. How can I tell the eye tracking AF to select certain person? Also how to lock the target exposure lock during tracking ? Any help is very appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you for the great video ! I have a question about photo af. When I choose one of the focus type it also try to focus human eye. Is it possible to make only eye focus like R6 ?
@@Kempetenz I choose one point AF because there is no option for ‘ eye AF ‘ in this menu. Additionally I open the eye AF from the other menu. When I try to focus I see one point af and eye af together , it is confusing

Is there a secret to using an external monitor? I have tried every cable I have and cannot get mine to work. Plug into my blackmagic and it works flawlessly....on the canon blue screen.
Regarding focus bracketing, can it be saved to a separate folder? Or even better to have each sequence saved separately or with different names .. otherwise it is just hundreds of files, and you have no idea where one ends and the second starts .. does anybody know this, pls?
So I am an architectural and real estate photographer and often focus and exposure bracket for several photos during a shoot. I often will hold out a sticky note with a number or sequence or name to separate the where a bracket should start …that way each bracket is clearly differentiated
Hi Ihave a problem I set the shutter speed to 1000 and then after a while the camera reverts to 160th how do I keep it on 1000th and change it manualy ?
@@Kempetenz well I literally bought the R6M2 yesterday. updated firmware. And I noticed that those customize buttons (orange menu itself) appears in M manual mode only , not in Auto mode.
This was a lot of work putting this Video together. Thank you!

You can move the AF Field with the Joystick. If there are multiple faces detected you can switch between them by pressing right or left.

@@frescofotograf709 you should be able to activate or deactivate the Eye-AF in the First Page of the AF Menu with the "Eye detection" setting.

you can shoot vertical, but only if you hold the camera vertical or you will crop in the video. there is no 9:16 option.

Via HDMI? Red Tab 8 > HDMI display > Monitor Only
