DASHCAM | Toledo police chase down car through west Toledo

- TPD tried to stop a car driven by Marquis Young on Jan. 15, but he took off during the traffic stop, leading police through normally quiet residential streets in west Toledo. The car chase ended when Young hit a parked vehicle with his car. That's when Young is seen getting out of the car and running, eventually being stopped and arrested.
