- This video was made to simply show the location of the blower motor resistor on the 2000 Dodge Neon. I searched everywhere for information on its location, even called the local dodge dealer, but couldn't find a clue. So once, I located it .. just wanted to make it easier for someone else to find

Thank you sooooo much!!! My husband almost tore the car apart looking for the resistor location lololol!!! U saved the day!!!
Thank you wish I had seen this before. I sure recognized your pile of parts as I removed the console panel. Hopefully this will take care of my problem, if not your video helped me locate where to look. GOD BLESS. You

thanks a lot bro u a life saver I have a 05 neon so I'm assuming it's in the same spot,
Excellent tip. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks I wouldn’t of new that. Yours is all jacked 😂
Thanks for this video.
Thank's for your video... Do you know were cooling fan dropping resistor located on a dodge neon ???
I just found out that sometimes the blower doesn't work because the AC can literally freeze it up and stop it from working. Mine was dong the same thing I found after a lengthy drive.
thanks, was wondering where that was.
Thank you so much!
Thanks 😅
Any idea if this will work in the 96 neon?
Why would that go bad is my question? My blower motor itself went bad the resistor doesn't seem to be something that will go bad maybe very rarely but the blower motor itself goes bad.
the fuse on my blower keeps burning out. Could this be caused by the resister being bad?
Bless your heart
Thank you so much , I have the same car but yr is 2005 , no one could help me . I have no heat at all no air coming out at all . So do u think it's the same part as you have sown . Your help is much appreciated.
So is it the resistor cause the problem with my A/C? Because my A/C keeps turning on and stays on while the switch is turned off.
thank you so mucho bodie!!!
Ty
my AC fan, sometimes stops working is because the blower motor resistor doesnt works?
What was wong with your blower motor? Only worked on high, not at all, or stopped blowing after prolonged use?
Thanks man!!!!!!
question. my blower motor stopped working. do you think its the blower motor itself or the blower motor resistor?
That panel is called the COWL.
im not the guy but mine was making hella screechy noises then stopped working. i can still feel heat coming out the vents but no fan to blow it.
Thanks, I have lost position 3 on my 2001 neon's heat and AC
If this part is bad will it cause my vehicle to run hot..??
No. If your car is overheating, there are a lot more things to be checking.
SKIP TO 1:42 FOR LOCATION ...youre welcome
Is for 2003 too
Sounds like a shady dealer. Lousy suckers don't want you to get to fix it yourself. Bet you saved 150 bucks by doing the research!
