If the lady was willing to change seats, why couldn't the flight attendant just approve the change of seats and move on. Problem solved and everyone would have been happy.

I’m autistic myself and have sensory issues. I’m starting flight attendant training later this month.

I don't see what the problem was, there was someone willing to switch seats so they could sit together.

Bottom line airlines need to do better when it comes with dealing with a kid or adult with special needs and how to approach situation because to me this flight attendant escalated the situation and normally flight attendants flight crews are supposed to be professionally trained to Deescalate situations instead they done the opposite

    Title should read:
Family mistreats their own family member with autism! And blames other Passengers for their own actions.
