Keep 'em coming. It's nice seeing a Drone's eye view of an area I'm familiar with. Looks like you're getting brave with that thing. I'm lucky to get my AR Drone to almost 150 feet before it loses signal. At least the DJI Phantoms have a fail safe that'll guide it back home via GPS if it gets too far out of range.
No, anyone who thinks they want to Astoria, think again. Two of the worst things that have happened is the Goonie film and the goofy Goofy Goonie fans who show up year round. Driving, hiking and walking past No Trespassing signs like they weren’t there. Rude or illiterate, not sure which. Second problem, invasion of Portlanders with their drugs, coffee and politics. All this results in traffic problems where it is next to impossible to get around. How bad? Local residents who want to get from one side of downtown to the other, now go up in the residential neighborhood’s and weave around to exit on either the east end or west end. Having high volume and speeding traffic in residential areas is not a situation to be tolerated. Who would be ticketed, the local residence ironically who are paying the price for the goofy Goonie fans and Portlandia crowd. Plus the Goonies was nothing more then a silly children’s film. Guess some folk never grow up.
