Training Q: what's your normalised power for the 13 minute laps when you do the hard intervals? Going to give this one a go myself and compare.
Do you do any stretching/foam rolling routine for recovery?
Would it make more sense to do the sweet spot first to tire the legs then do the higher intensity vo2 stuff when a bit tired already because that way round probably replicates a race scenario a bit better in terms of the having to hit the highest power numbers towards the end of the race.

I find 1 headphone more dangerous than 2. 1 headphone unbalances you but with two I can still hear cars
The thing is that anyone of us should be wearing headphones while riding. Moreover, at least here in Spain, is just prohibited and also, if police catch you, they can fine you for doing it (also by being filming in roads with two lanes and barely space to roll), so be careful out there.

ZwergStein you have to use all over the inner surface of the clincher.
the baby powder prevents the tube from sticking to the clincher reducing the risk of punctures
