Pixel 4 XL - 28 days old. Fix didnt work - contacted google and they are replacing it. sounds like they know whats up, I feel bad for those who are out of warranty when this happens. Makes no sense, not a single drop or any damage, and has never had a drop of water on it.
Its in perfect shape. This is obviously some kind of design flaw or failure because google was very quick to replace it after basic troubleshooting.
also, my flashlight is 'greyed' out and wont allow me to turn it on.

No it won't. It just deletes camera updates,softvare,so you get your camera with futures before the updates came. For me,i don't see the difference.
