This song was written after Godsmack's lead singer Sully Erna read a book called "Ghost Rider". The book was written by the drummer of the band Rush, Neal Peart. The book is about Peart's experiences of taking a road trip across America on a motorcycle to cope with the loss of his wife and daughter. Sully used this book as inspiration for the lyrics.
I was heavily into Godsmack 15 years ago. This song is a kind of a break from their usual hard hitting metal rock. So for me at the time back then, listening to this was a wow experience.
If it is your first time stopping by the channel, thanks for being here!! If you have been here before, thanks for coming back here!! If you have come back here many times, thanks for staying here!!
The song is inspired by a book called Ghost Rider that was written by the drummer of Rush Neil Peart about his journey of despair after losing his daughter & then his wife he set off on a journey across Canada & America it's a wonderful story and the song is a 10 you'll understand after reading the book!
The music video for this one was distracting, especially since much of the concert video didn't match the song. A lyrics video, or audio only would have been better. Or the video from the live acoustic concert in las vegas nevada. She had the right idea when she mentioned closing your eyes. This is a good song for going deep inside yourself and shutting out the outside world, except for the audio of the song.
Nickelback - Must Be Nice and The Betrayal (Act III) reactions please! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I really love this group, and I would like to see your reactions to these videos!
Love your Metallica reactions and will love to see you react to Helloween - Skyfall video, Unisonic - Exceptional video and Judas Priest - Painkiller video. The guy on vocals for Helloween and Unisonic Michael Kiske has incredible range and Rob Halford from Judas Priest is out of this world with his range.
Oh well, they can't all be 10s! But we have a B...B...B...BANGER for you guys tomorrow!! ☄️ 💥 💥
