FaithsStardust that's my culture Samoa plus the Moana movie is based on all polynesan but i mostly see my Samoan culture as the one playing the big roll in the movie Moana because the culture is central to Polynesian life and Samoa seats in the heart of the pacific, if you look at most of the charaters in Moana they all have Samoan Names like grammar Tala meaning Story or sina the mother, and Chief Tui the father these are all Samoan name's, also the womans can become chief, gendar is not a problem it is all about your action and the way you serve from child hood to man hood, and most importantly you hav to be respectful to the elders and also serve them.. because that's where you get your blessings from in the poly family** the Tattoo however is supposed to identify our identity as a Samoan.. but the art of the Tatau (Tattoo) was originated from the islands of Manu'a where our first king residid known as Tui Manu'a(Tagaloa clan) !!..even the Fijians are also part of the polynesian Family even thou they are melanesian but they also play are part in the polynesian family**how ever Tonga is half Samoan half Fijian, and Samoa was cradle of polynesians, today the most Spoken Polynesian language is Samoan!..

I genuinely wish I could live there, it looks so one with nature and even though I've been destroyed by artificial fooods and i have IBS and all that garbage and cannot see properly without glasses, I would 100% give it all up, just to live like one of these great people.
