I love Emu’s! When i was working at the local zoo for an internship, we had one male emu. And emu males brood on their (large, green) eggs. I had green working boots. When i would stick my leg out in front of me, the emu would RUN over and sit on my foot, thinking it was an egg😂 Hah, funny memories. Not so helpfull when you’re working and walking fast with an emu chasing you though XD

I love that you mentioned how long it sometimes takes you, I don't hear this in videos a lot and I feel insecure about it a lot of times. It was nice to hear that. I also really like how you added foliage but didn't go too crazy to still have a grassland feel. I still have to practice on that because adding foliage is too addictive. And love this build again, always a nice time when you upload.
The amount of time that goes into making habitats look good is insane... Sometimes I'll be 7 hours in and think that I'm nearly done but then I'm still fiddling with details 3 hours later 😂 Thanks for watching!
LOVE the foliage and rock work, sometimes with habitats less is more and it's super effective! Sandstone is really coming together now, great vid as always sparrow! 🫶
Thanks Rychu! I find sinking foliage into the ground helps a lot, as does some strategic terrain painting.
Isn't it nice to have a short and easy build every now and then? I like the use of the pallets. I would never have thought of that.
It is honestly SO good. Gives me more time to focus on next weekend's MASSIVE build!

This enclosure is amazing! Reminds me quite a bit of some emu farms I've visited - so you definitely nailed the aesthetic you were going for! I'm excited to see more of Sandstone Eco Zoo, and what animals/enclosures you have planned :D

I love how simple the emu house is. That would work excellently for a backstage area too. I can imagine it holding buckets, wheel barrows etc. I also like the variation in rocks used, the mix of tones is really nice.

A job decently done?? Sparrow, I LOVE this little enclosure! I can't really put it into words, but it feels so nice and relaxing, and realistic in it's simplicity - simplicity here not meaning what you did is simple, but that you didn't go overboard with anything unnecessary.
And that water through trick is really neat. I never knew about that, so thanks ^^
Hahaha I was waiting for someone to comment on that choice of words 😂 I do really like the simplicity of this enclosure! That doesn't always make for the best YT videos, unfortunately, but maybe this video will prove me wrong.

A very nice looking habitat for some modern-day dinosaurs the Emu I always loved making a habitat for these guys. I make mine with a mix of forest and open grassland cus I know how much they like to run. can't wait to see more 😁

The habitat looks perfect with not to much foliage but also not to little, just that perfect amount. And side note never knew that we had mesh fences…. 😂

oh my gosh baby wombat 🥰 does he need a name? maybe Waddles...and Koko for the koala. this habitat turned out really pretty! and i like all the tips thru the video like flatten to terrace, the water trough, pathing, terrain collision...you really packed a lot into a short video!!!

Emus are so dirty they always make me laugh, You should defiantly name the baby koala(s) Eucalyptus!
The mom is named Yuki (from Eucalyptus)!

@@sparrow838_ they’re gonna be such a piece saver! I’ve been using custom piles made with the base game faux rocks and they’re so many pieces 😭
@@BaconBit_Builder I hate to tell you this, but... Even once you have the faux rocks you'll be tempted to use custom rock piles just for some more variation hahaha

Coming to an end already? Feels like this one just started, but I guess most of the Oceanian animals are already in. They better drop Oceania pack part 2 soon to keep this one going a bit longer.
It does feel like this one went by really quick! Only 3-4 episodes left. But then there will be other projects to work on :)

@@sparrow838_ oh okay I totally can’t wait to see the kangaroos and wallabies and the reason is because two years ago my dad’s brother and sister in law and nephew my aunt, Uncle and cousin went to Australia and my cousin really loved feeding and getting up close to the wallabies.
