I think I would turn the bedroom into the kitchen, the kitchen into a bedroom and rework that entry way to see if that mezzanine space could be accessed from there. If it could then I’d have some sort of office space there.

We are a bit addicted to you Simon. Love your understated enthusiasm for the wonderful architecture you present. Thank you for your generous, informative viewing, within which you avoid hyperbole, but clearly convey the true value of the properties.

That’s a really lovely space actually. I agree with the layout you suggested. I would turn the kitchen into a bedroom, move the kitchen into the space you suggested, and use that room which is currently a bedroom into a home office/another bedroom. There’s something unique very special about that space and I think it could look amazing without a huge amount of work. It has good bones and lots of light which I love. Thanks for sharing Simon

Lovely space! Thanks for your great videos. Just need to workout the sound as it is a bit lower

I would remove the mezzanine altogether and relocate the kitchen near the entrance. Then relocate the bathroom where the kitchen currently is next to the main bedroom, and build a second bedroom/office adjacent to the relocated bathroom.

It's a very unique space. It's perfect for a single person or if you're done raising a family and want to down size. I like the kitchen out of the way so it doesn't take up space in the living room. Maybe just put a small table in the living room to have some place to sit and eat. Just needs a little refresh and to remove the carpets. Thanks for the tour.

my god it's tiny .. yeh you could move the kitchen downstairs if you don't mind feeling like living in a rat trap. One person and a cat .. two people if they don't mind hating each other. But a major de-clutter, streamline the decor .. and I'd say remove half the actual wall supporting the mezzanine so that you can see through .. because coming in through the front door felt (at least in the video) like walking into a shoebox .. it needs a vista to lo ok through to the window (singular)

Yes unfortunately space is an issue in London, like in most other cities, so it’s good too see a unique space like this

    It's like a dungeon...but with windows.

That’s certainly a new take on it. Funnily enough though it’s just been bought. The new owner’s collected their keys last week.
