Modified head unit can only use this type of carlinkit. Other carlinkit dongles are for factory stock headunit.
Mine is stock factory head unit running Atlas OS.

That’s from benks. Can get it from Lazada. I think it’s the magclap MagSafe mount.

Mine so far less than 5 times. But no fix for that. Have to live with the occasional bug or 2 since the head unit is not really meant to run CarPlay.

I do have those installed in my HU but it’s laggy and eats up the data. So temporary solution is fine but long term still better get the dongle.

Yup still functioning cause this app is running over Atlas OS so all factory functions work as usual including 360 camera, hi proton etc.

Initially I had this issue too. Then I changed the dongle settings to phone mic then it’s all good

U have to use the Xeon script for atlas OS. Just copy the files into a thumb drive and plug it into the car’s usb port and it’ll work its magic.

Try updating to atlas OS. The install process is easier. GKUI version has quite a lengthy install process.

Unfortunately it won’t work. The steering wheel controls only work on the native headunit apps.

Not at the moment. Still stuck with this one. It’s lagging cause of the Headunit not because of the dongle.

I think it support version 615 and 617 if I’ve not mistaken. There should be a script for Atlas OS not GKUI. I believe ES is for GKUI.
