i'm so confused, my specs are a rtx 2080 super + i7-10700k and my game runs considerably worse in low/medium settings than yours does. Do you know what could be the issue? perhaps my ram?

yes ! a lot of recent games are working a much better with 32gb of RAM it can make you win a lot of FPS and you'll have less FPS droppings
