Calling the strings low E A D G B high E is easier... trust me (super beginners) much better way of learning. Easier to remember finger placement quick. Not to mention faster and easier to explain. 2A, 3B, 4D, 4G. The numbers are always the fret and the letters are always the string. Definitely worth remembering
I hate when people teach a song and have to describe where each finger goes for each chord, it’s so painful to watch and wait, trust me if someone needs to be told where each finger goes for a b minor, they are nowhere near being able to play it anyway.
