Ok.. I checked.. what you call arroz campesino.. is what we call in Puerto Rico arroz con pollo.. we make it with beer and corn.. but its dryer than the arroz a la chorrera..we also add chorizo and its decorated with sweet peas.. but its basically an arroz con pollo... add a sazon with zafron.. it will make it taste delicous!! good luck!!
