      lo hice y no me quedo como yo esperaba (parece que le puse mucho Sherry wine y la tapa del caldero no era la ideal) pero igual me quedo sabroso (pronto lo prepare de nuevo). Hoy dia voy hacer las lentejas....me encantan. Un saludo y lo mejor para Ud.

    Hola.. las hojitas pueden ser el perejil que a veces yo les hecho.. pero siempre se las anado el mismo dia para que esten fresquesitas.. pero tambien el rosemary va muy bien con pollo.. asi que usa las que mas te gusten.. disfrutalo!

    Riquisimo y mi esposo y lo vamos a preparar. Tengo dos dudas; Con que marinas las presas desde el dia anterior, ademas de adobo,sal, pimienta y naranja agria? Veo hojitas. Sera mas rosemary? Oregano? Comino? # 2 Si lo dijiste, no lo note, que tipo de arroz prefieres para esta receta? Mahatma, Tio Ben? grano largo? Te agradezco mucho. Me encantan tus videos y la forma en que lo terminas con tu esposo, tomando vinito juntos. Buen ejemplo de lo que somos las familias latinas. Dios los bendiga!

      Hi Justyn.El vino Jerez lo venden en todas la licorerias.. lo hay de diferentes Marcas.. no tienes que comprar el mas caro.. tambien se encuentra el los supermercados Baja Sherry Wine..

    Ok.. I checked.. what you call arroz campesino.. is what we call in Puerto Rico arroz con pollo.. we make it with beer and corn.. but its dryer than the arroz a la chorrera..we also add chorizo and its decorated with sweet peas.. but its basically an arroz con pollo... add a sazon with zafron.. it will make it taste delicous!! good luck!!

    Asi es como me gusta a mi! Lo que mas extrano de Miami es, el Mar y los yates..jajaja...not very funny when you live in the desert of Las Vegas😭😢
