      @@stevescooking I always have branzino whole , therefore you need a lot more oil. Never seen it already filleted, great tasting fish and your dish looks just awesome

    Haven’t seen you in so long I almost thought you stop making videos. Creative great dish as always. That butter you added to making the sauce, I surely thought that looked like Yogurt rewatching it a few times. I think there is a version of this dish as well where Yogurt can work instead of butter for another version as a cream sauce. Love your dishes as always. Your channel is far too underrated for the creative filming style and presentation of your original dishes as compared also to other cooking channels over 10+ times as big.

      Ardent Dfender Yogurt can work if you put it in at the end without boiling it. Haven’t stopped making video just more busy. I appreciate your comment, thank you

    Steve, how do you like your induction burner? Do you use it for your off camera cooking or just primarily to get good camera angles? I;ve been thinking about getting one because the heat seems to be more controllable and they boil water much faster. Oh, and nice dish. Capers are so underutilized.
