I appreciate the openness about how you feel because we all feel ups and downs and it makes one feel less alone in feeling low from time to time. I am feeling weird after coming back from a short trip to the Netherlands. Don't know wether this is the blues after having a blast or wether I am exhausted from it or wether it's something else.

I love that you're an Autumn hipster who loved Stormy Days before they were cool!
It's my day off today and I really didn't feel like doing anything, so this was the perfect video to cocoon with. I might need to buy Oiseaux, I'm definitely a bird person and those little boots just gave me so much joy. I'm looking forward to the postcards, too! I have your previous set on my picture rail next to my desk already.

From what I see in the video, a lot of the names are actual bird names in that "oiseaux" book.

I especially love the blue liquid pencil color as well as the red ochre. I am also quite interested in the ArtGraph product. I have some of Derwent's Graphitint watercolors and pencils, which are quite an interesting combination of color with graphite. I wonder if the ArtGraph could be combined with watercolor to achieve a similar result. It looks like it is a very rich and creamy product so it might be too overpowering for watercolors, but it would be interesting to see what might happen, especially if it were used sparingly.
Haven’t had a ‘Stormy Day’ for ages here in our Australian winter. Beautiful sunny coolish/warmish days 😅. Love the video as always 👏👏🥰❤️

Geeking on art supplies is my favorite thing to do on a stormy day!What inspired me the most were those liquid graphites, like you said, they seem to be ideal to layer and use as a base or background! Always a pleasure to spend some relaxing time with you!

I love a good stormy day! Love those colors. Kriksis is such a sweetie! I've really gotten bored with swatching stuff these days, except when it comes to you and Kriksis. Always both your paints are thought out, palettes are unique, and neither of you are not buying a set of whatever to "complete your collection" or to review. It is refreshing!
I know what you mean - so many people that I used to enjoy watching swatching (that sounds funny!), I'm not really interested in anymore apart from Kriksis and Mel Chadwick! Mel because I find her relaxing and Kriksis because of her lovely colour choices which are similar to the colours I love (and she's super cosy to watch too!).

What a lovely video Natasha. It's a Stormy Day today here in Devon. I particularly love the pencil colour combination Kriksis sent you. They are so complimentary. I also love the graphite watercolours. Would love to see how they look on watercolour paper. Perhaps you could do a process video using them? Looking forward to the shop update. About the mix and question - it is lightfast as its mixed with lightfast colours. I thought for sketchbook work but it can be also for final artworks.

Stormy Day, of course I made it to the end of your lovely video! love hanging out with you. So the Art graff is something that I have a couple of but they are in the form of solid square like a crayon. I need to play with them some more, fun!

I forgot to add that the khaki color is definitely what we think of here in the US. As a matter of fact I remember being surprised when I first saw the greenish color you mentioned being referred to as khaki.

If u turn the top of the paint tube around it usually has a point to unseal the paint.
Military "desert khakis" are that ochre colour.
The book you showed reminds me a bit of the art of Brecht Evens. He typically mixes far more colors than what I think it would be your preference, but sometimes he does nice monochrome / limited palette watercolor urban surrealistic illustrations you may enjoy.
WOW!★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆ I' ve been experimenting days ago with blackwings graffitte pencils... maravellous so magical... some editions got some colors mixted with its graffitte and appers on the paper join with surprise way...

Btw. Khaki as I know it is a sand colour but in fashion they seem to call green khaki. (I guess from the uniforms - as you said. Possibly because combat uniforms actually do have sand colour in them.)
those liquid pencils look so strange, I've been wanting to try water soluble graphite for a long while 😊
